Just like S3 these interactions just don’t feel that genuine. Too much competition with one another. Why do they have to open the mail boxes in front of everyone this time around… It sucks and just calls for jealousy to happen amongst each other.
S2 I felt true bonds and friendship (they still hang out and go to Sunwoo’s ice cream shop which tells you). Even in The Boyfriend S2 I felt true friendship happening even though there was a bit of competition here and there.
I think the producers need to change the format to make them bond for around a month or so.
I overall liked this season and I know a couple did happen from it but I still feel played… I was rooting so hard for Huwei and Bomi. Maybe it’s his schooling and family that’s keeping them in a situationship? If another season happens I’m still watching of course 😂
Doesn’t beat the previous but I enjoyed this season a lot as well. I feel like great friendships were made with this cast and I’m wishing the best for all the couples.
Wow as soon as Minseong came all peace started to shatter and it’s not like he meant to 🤣 He doesn’t know the connections they built already and the drama he’s creating (again)… I’m seated for the drama and mess though!
I like Taichi and Hangyeol but idk I root for Hyeokjin! His initiatives to flirt are cute and he seems to have a good personality.
I’m still a bit confused with Hiroya though and what he was trying to convey to Tomoaki… He said he has prejudice towards the gay community and I was thinking “Why, when you’re gay yourself?” Like he’s trying to express that he’s not used to having gay friends who are more feme and out there, or saying he’s not completely accepting of himself being in the gay community?
I don’t think he meant wrong at all, just wondering…
Huwei… Even if his mother said that no matter what he’s still her child… The fact that she said “can you fix being gay” hurts my heart for him 😭
I also kind of connected that when Kazuyuki said he ended his 15 year relationship and also lost his 15 year old dog that it was most likely that immense grief that separated them. They probably had that dog since they started their relationship and was their child 😭 I hope he works it out with his partner again.
This season is pretty emotional… I’m really glad WilliamIzaya left cause I wasn’t caring for their story.
