This series overall was decent but after all the recent K-BLs lately Thai BL’s have been pretty lackluster to me imo. It took me a bit to finish this lol.

Thai BL need to step it up a bit because many of the series from them that I started this year I ended up dropping because they felt boring and lackluster.
This is such a fantastic series that is definitely one on the top BLs overall that I’ve seen. Apparently the producers posted this is a S1 so hopefully we get a sequel! The way this was directed definitely gave SKAM vibes and I love that. It felt different and more deeply well written.

It’s not that I think SHanbin should’ve pitied Jay, it’s just I felt he should’ve considered letting Jay be the main vocalist for the team because to me Jay makes any song he’s in sound amazing. Dropping Jay to sub vocal 6 will hardly let you hear his voice in the song. No hate towards SHanbin but Jay is seriously main vocal material. This is just my opinion and critique though…
I’m still kind of salty for Sung Hanbin kicking out Jay and making him go to sub vocal 6 😣
Like SHanbin he’s so safe for debuting and staying in the top why couldn’t he take sub vocal 1… people will probably vote for him to get killing part anyway for Hot Summer…
Idk I can’t seem to really get into this compared to how invested and attached I am to Boys Planet.
The editing for Fantasy Boys is messy, the mentoring is not that great imo (they don’t really give good advice they just talk shit and put the trainees down) and I don’t know if I can stand K-Soul’s sass much longer. He’s talented and has good visuals, but his personality is just obnoxious and annoying to me.
I felt it was unnecessary and mean to show the person placing last in each group. They should only show trainees placing first.
Jay didn’t deserve to place last because his vocals and adlibs made Over Me sound amazing. I’m happy for him that he got the benefits and gets to show everyone his skills on Mnet Countdown.
