Over-Egged

Sorry! This episode was just too long with the slow-mo emotional stuff. I'm now only following the stories of the borders, not the designer, nor the principal, so I was stuck with not a lot this week.

A Bit More of a Story

OK. So, the first episode didn't grab my attention, but at least the second episode gave more context and a storyline to follow. That said, I'm watching on 2x speed as 40 minutes of this is just too much to handle.

Not My Thing

Sorry, but the Omegaverse is not my thing. I've tried a few times with this (Supernatural) fan-fic verse, but ... nope.I found this first episode somewhat chaotic and far from exciting.

Nothing to See Here

Sorry, but I've seen beginner amateur groups dance more in sync than this bunch of boys. I'm finding the whole series boring thus far, too, as I'm watching it on 1.5 speed even with out-of-sync subtitles.Singing? Ach. I thought these guys were aiming to be professional?The rival company's team seemed more professional, but still lacked synchronicity.

Something was off

I'm not sure why, but this episode felt scattered and the three stories were only vaguely connected to my mind. Episode 8 just didn't feel like the other episodes, and it certainly didn't gel with me.On a positive note, Shiro and Ken's gentle teasing of each other felt more real than in other episodes and was endearing.

Oh Look! Plotpoints.

Well, we have upgraded somewhat from the first episode in that we have some storylines and an overall arc. We are getting some background of the characters now, too. It's all very sleazy, underworld-themed. The NC scenes were reduced in number from the first episode, but will satisfy those who crave them. My my POV, not all of them are necessary nor need to go as far as they do.

Missing Subtitles

Ugh. The third part of this episode was missing subtitles, so I have no idea how Joel and Jason came to the conclusion they did, nor how Joel failed to remember Oliver's intentions all along.

Getting There!

Well, sort of getting there. Certainly, the final scene of this episode hints at why there was so much antagonism in the first episode, but the viewer is still somewhat left in the dark. This drip-by-drip storytelling can be frustrating at times.

Not What I was Expecting

OK. This is not the storyline I was expecting, which may account for the late change to the English title of this drama, which is different from that of the manhwa. Perhaps it will reveal more as it continues. I can only hope that there isn't a rush to the end.

What's the Story?

We are three episodes in and have yet to get to the crux of the story. I'm finding this a little frustrating, but I'll persevere. Not sure why they used overexposure for the flashbacks either. I thought my screen had broken for a second.

Funnier Remake

No idea why, but I prefer this South Korean remake of "Why R U?". It's a shorter series than the original, but somehow feels punchier.

Conclusion of the First Story

The first episode of this story was confusing; had no idea what was going on, who was referring to who in conversations, etc. The second episode cleared this up a little. Still, it was confusing as really had no idea what was going on or the objective. Post-end credits scenes is the finale.Production was choppy, as was editing.Here's hoping the next story goes a lot better.

OK, so I know what two characters are up to, but I don't know how we got there. It's still a jumbled mess.

Messy

So many characters, no cohesive storyline, choppy editing, acting - where is it? They're just reading lines.
