I would be more mad if lita ends up with pop. He is freaking adorable in this. When he calls pa after the dad talks to him, I was so giddy. I giggled. Man, he deserves way better. He’s just really a genuine guy. I like him.
Sooo, just watched ep 4 and I am a little confused. How did the ml figure out that the fl was telling the truth…
At the end when he was supposed to be being watched the mom in law, sinister in law and evil maids/ henchmen took pa by the pool and threatened and beat her. Threw her phone in pool too. He saw it all from the window. My question is how has he not figured out that his friend is a traitor. Genuine question, is ml not smart or just naive? Other question is lita bad or just fearful of dad? Because at first I swore she was not good, then I was like maybe just too influenced by dad and not bad, but this episode I am like lita is bad too.
She is kinda manipulative. What the final straw for me was when after she abandoned her child for years then wanted…
You make great points. I think motherhood is about looking out for the child and doing what’s best for them. Not easy or convenient but what is best. She is not that type of mother. But on top of all thousand I think she is just kinda a crappy person too.
Kinda odd how he was set up with her too. Like kinda speaks volumes.
So I would like to believe ml motives were selfless but I kinda feel like he took the bosses advice to marry her again or marry her off so he doesn’t have to pay alimony. I actually think he did the whole set up thing to loose the alimony payments cause if she remarried he doesn’t have to pay. Just my take cause most of his motivations in this show is money based. I think I just have some fundamental problems with his choice of actions and words towards the fl.
I know FL had no obligation to report that the father was leaving with the child to the US but it irked me a bit…
Here in the us if she reported the father I believe she could loose her law license. I don’t know if that’s similar there but that’s how I justified it. I think this was a collective effort in the child getting hurt. The dad for fleeing, the mom for making daughter think it’s okay to run away from dad, the ml for creating incredible animosity between all the characters but in retrospect every character contributed. Do I think fl did her duty as attorney yes. She tried to convince him. Just my observations. Sml does seem a little sis but she definitely needs positivity and compliments after the number ml has put on her so I am kinda ok with that element of him.
and this isn't important or whatev but did anyone else find it hilarious that the kid's favorite toy was a guillotine???…
Freaking brilliant. Kinda want that kid to do observational monologue on every character in the drama. The truth bombs would be like going to the guillotine.
I really dont like the New girlfreiend of the male lead
She is kinda manipulative. What the final straw for me was when after she abandoned her child for years then wanted child back from ex, who raised the child and loves the child to the point of sacrificing his career, she turned to ml and said do you want to be her father? Wtaf! Like the shamelessness of that act was just it. All the other stuff she does is bad but to dismiss the child’s relationship with her father like that was just disgusting. I also found her quickness to tape the child crying about moving to America kinda crappy too. I get the whole I want this recorded but her demeanor was not comforting to the child it was like a cross examination of “repeat that again into the microphone “ which left me seriously questioning her motives as a mother. Kinda feel like daughter is her tool.
