The 12 episode format is ruining endings. Writers are forced to rush to tie up loose ends and it always ends up sloppy. American streaming platforms have ruined Kdramas. For example, a "My Mister" would not have been possible in this era.

This show could have easily carried 16 episodes.

Did he cry because he thought he lost her? Or because of everything, including the tragedy of losing his brother?

I hope Dong-man does not return to that Director's group. Twenty years of them using him and looking down on him. Just nasty people. They watched him drown for 20 years!! So yes, this show is excellent!!!

Imagine reading this comment section before watching the show! So glad I didn't. Some of you guys would have ruined one of the best shows to come out of 2025 for me! This show is old school kdrama fun! The angst, the misunderstandings, the clichés, the feels! Good old, feel good joy! 😄

You guys really need to get comfortable with flawed protagonists and complex characters. You should also manage your expectations. Sometimes a Kdrama is not seeking to win an Oscar. Sometimes the writers just want to entertain the audience. If this isn't for you, move on.

It really is good!

Watch it to be entertained and don't overthink. It's very cliche. But really fun if you don't have expectations that are too high. I'm definitely enjoying it.

And so begins the world's longest week! 😭 When will next week Wednesday get here. 😩 Also, I'm pretty sure that episode 8 was the writer's patriotic effort to single-handedly raise the South Korean birth rate with those cute baby cameos!

A lot of the comments here are people overthinking this show. It's pure fun and entertainment. Don't ruin it for yourself by expecting everything to be logical. Loosen up and enjoy the ride!

Just enjoy the ride. This is an old-school style k-drama that is meant to purely entertain. Don't think too much. Enjoy the feels.
