Yeah, it's a bit baffling that she adapted to the modern world in no time while Yeon-woo keeps struggling with…
Lol, i thought it was weird that she was already making gourmet meals? Like the FL literally locked herself out of the house on the first day how does she know how to use the stove/oven/grill when she was in the hospital for a whole week? Her character sounds and acts so different that i don't understand how she's the same actress from attorney Woo.
The second fl in this drama is sa wol and not hana. Can't really say tae min is the SML either. Taeha's secretary/bff…
I mean there's no dictionary for east Asian dramas, sometimes the roles are a bit subjective. Plus not all dramas have secondary couples, but most have at least 1 secondary love interest. Semantics aside, i think that writers tend to make secondary female love interests more one dimensional bc they think they're appealing to a female audience who want to like all the male characters, but don't really care about the female characters. I think that perspective is a bit outdated though. All the characters should serve a purpose ✨️
I kinda hate what they did with Hae na's character. Its pretty low hanging fruit and unnecessary. The 2nd ML is an inlaw and has a complex backstory, gets to befriend the FL etc. The only thing we know about Hae na is that she likes Tae ha even though they barely interact. So she's crazy and weird ofc but she's also just a very flat character. She doesn't need to exist. Literally serves no purpose except to be annoying.
“What’s that on your cheek? Are you saving it for later?” Tae Ha’s a savage. Talk about ruining a romantic…
That's actually a common thing to say in kdramas when someone has food on their face. But Hae na hogging the chocolates is so...she acts like a stan with a parasocial relationship. The girl with the bun who keeps gossiping and stirring the pot is a bit annoying as well.
