This drama is my childhood and the one who introduced me to the Dao Ming and Joe Chen pairing. Even now that it's…
I just shared the youtube links to the songs with Drama Lovers on Discord because I was in the mood to hear their songs today. Just started rewatching, too
A character, Zhou Shang Xiao Jie, with bad dubbing appears in episode 20. Checked Baidu and various other sites. Can't find this character. I mainly want to know who the actress is.
I rewatched this series immediately after watching it the first time. I binged so fast that I could have missed something. It was totally worth the rewatch and enjoyable. I think I rewatched it a few times after that- about every 6 mos. So amazing
How many times have I rewatched this? Totally lost count. I love this. My favorite Taiwanese dramas are Lost Romance and Bromance. Love their chemistry in Bromance. The acting and the characters are so delicious.
Side note: I keep thinking how would Wu Han Sheng react when he found out that Pi Ya Nuo was female after she beat the daylights out of him.
To watch something new or rewatch? Depends on my mood. Part of my motivation for rewatching mostly CDramas is because I'm self studying Chinese (though I did pick up some online Chinese classes that are free- contact me if you'd like to know more about those) and rewatching really helps. I watch new dramas and rewatch some dramas to be entertained. Other times, the rewatch is because I want to watch something, but I'm too tired to figure out every character and what's going on.
I rewatch certain dramas and even lose count for how many times I've rewatched them (Pillow Book, Lost Romance, Bromance, Go Go Squid, 100 Days My Prince, Ashes of Love to name a few).
Others, I thought I would enjoy the rewatch because I enjoyed it the first time, but didn't get far because it was slower or less enjoyable than I remembered or it just wasn't as good the 2nd time (Love Designer, Flames Daughter, Good Morning Call, Legend of Fu Yao). Of course, maybe it was the mood I was in when I was rewatching. Who knows?
The ones I finished, but will probably NEVER watch again because they are heavy, painful (emotional rollercoaster), or struggled to finish the first time are like Princess Silver, Bloody Romance, Goodbye My Princess, Diamond Lover.
Right now, I'm in a Discord watch party group where they watch mostly new to me dramas. So, I'm focusing on those dramas while hosting a rewatch of The Wolf that ends next week.
Can I please change the title it should called stupid girl
On You Tube, it's called 《My Adorable Husband》。That title is much more enticing than the title it shows here. I used the native title shown on You Tube because I thought I came to the wrong drama on MDL. wow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YosqBQErss
*sighs in relief* in the last 7ish min, he admits he was using tough love to push her away because he didn't want to burden her. Should've guessed that since I'm also watching The Wolf where both leads use the same tactic, though differently.
Kavin does a great job cleaning house at the club in ep 5/1.
Hana's parents and caregivers must ignore her and her room. Just looking at her wall, it's obvious that she is obsessed and needs some serious help. She's so messed up- more than the other versions I think
Side note: I keep thinking how would Wu Han Sheng react when he found out that Pi Ya Nuo was female after she beat the daylights out of him.
My husband likes "chick flicks" on Sundays, so he's one of the reasons I rewatched Cinderella and the 4 Knights and 2012's What is Love.
