part one is much more light hearted and has more comedy. shaoshang is still young and learning and discovering things. in part two, its more serious and romantic. shaoshang is a lot more mature and grew a lot as a character.

you have to watch it twice to really understand her mother and why she did all these things to shaoshang. she was right all along.
