The reason why Korean drama more well known is not bc they have less episodes, it’s more complex…Korean entertainment industry is strong as a whole(K-pop, fashion, tourism) and doesn’t contain as much hierarchy or politics. And US; international Language, less barriers and $.
After waiting for a whole year we get 13 eps with 20&22 mins am disappointed and happy at the same time
Ur prob watching on YouTube? Their not full episodes u can only watch it full by paying or on pirate sites. YOUKU did that with Story of pearl girl too. The actual eps are over 40/50 mins long but the ones on YouTube are edited into more of shorter eps. If u want to watch long detailed eps. Like I said earlier pay or go to pirate sites

I don’t, just watched a yt vid abt it and got the facts twisted.now I know Douban ratings are similar to MDL. I don’t usually follow news and stuff just watch drama, support actors w small acts and MDL usually. This is also a first for me getting attacked above as a “fake fan” or “anti” although I didn’t say anything mean or slandering. Just wished well and was misinformed🤐
