Wow.. the story got me on ep. 3 (I'm currently here now) when they talk about dark matter and dark energy. It's science fiction! I love it! Up until ep. 2 I thought this story is really like a cartoon hahaha...
I just noticed small and interesting details in ep. 17. When physician Guan and LLH argued about using poison with poison, Guan said what if the patient don't survive the poison (2nd poison that use to cure)? Then LLH said, yes he can't be sure of it. Guan got angry and said LLH disregard human live. After that, SXY said the poison can be detoxify using pure inner power aka yangzouman... Guan then said, how can LLH bring LXY back to life?
Actually this whole dialogue puzzle me previously, I was wondering why they have this conversation.
So the situation is...
1. Guan finds out that LLH gives treatment or prescribed this method to his patient. So he questions LLH as he did not agree with LLH high risk method. 2. But LLH dared to use this method because he had yangzouman to counter it. But obviously, physician Guan has no idea about LXY/LLH.
I think the agreement is gzy pass the 1st trial within 10 days and gsj find anonymous in 10 days too.. So GSJ…
I go back and check in ep. 8. GSJ said if he didn't find anonymous in 10 days he and jue lineage will obey the sword wielder in the future. And if GZY didn't pass first test, he hope Gong fam to choose new leader.
Ermm.. Maybe the Sword Wielder he said means after GZY pass all trial.
Anyway, I really wish they get over this plot and move on...
got quite confused why GZY said they were even for not accomplishing both agreements with GSJ... wasn't the ten-day…

Since all these are very important, the drama does a bad job to exclude it. We should get all this information while watching the drama, not from other sources outside the drama.
But I get the hint in the drama that not all Gong learned snowmelt heart sutra (hope they give reasons for this too. It can't be because he is the ML 😜). Also, I'm not convinced GSJ is just being bitter and wants the throne. I hope we have more concrete reasons soon... Actually, throughout the story, I wish he just wanted GZY to be strong and competent to be the head of Gong. But, I think he really wants the throne and hate GZY. Huhu.. Should he be concerned about the killer among them more? Huhu..

I agree.. I watched and rewatched this ep many times. He is super funny and adorable. I laughed everytime I watch it. He was funny even from beginning when he promote draw the line. So earnest and innocent. And the guessing words was the funniest. LOL...

I agree that somehow I also feel the vibe of NIF in MLC. In term of great acting and how the characters got me. The stories are totally diff imo but both stories get me carried away for a long times. Making me rewatch and constantly stay in my mind.
The clear diff of MCS and LLH chars that make them both outstanding. They are righteous, intelligent and also dying. MCS is a strategist who plan every details of his action while LLH is spontaneous and act according to situation and his deduction. MCS aims for revenge while LLH aims for letting go. Two opposite direction but both are great.
