People always aims the hatred towards weaker person and justify themselves. FYS is weaker because he actually loves his brother. I don’t think his brother is stupid to blame FYS for his mother’s death, he just hates that the fams cared about FYS accident and ignored his mother. So, he deliberately guilt-trip him.
