Yes, hearing about it and seeing it for herself are two different things, some sort of concern is warranted but oh well we move. Cdrama writers have proven yet again that we should not have any high expectations of them.

Yh the groveling needs to end asap. I think him trying to stop the carriage when he thought she was getting married should have boosted him up and soften her more.
