The unedited version is still uncertain, we don't know exactly when "after the show done airing" is. It might be months or even years later bcs we're talking about mainland china here. Also I don't think the edited and unedited version will have much differences, maybe just more duration when they looking or hugging each other, nothing explicit. Watching the current version is the best choice.
