Haven't watched the original version but will surely watch this one due to the cast I can't watch the original…
I'm the same as you, can't or struggle to watch longer than 16 eps. But I did watch this one it was well worth the length. Most JDrama;s are short so I watch alot of those.

I think we need a Season 2 or two more episodes. I liked the leads and could see a connection beginning between them. But if her brain was put in his body that'll kill any possible love line should there be a Season 2
