This is one of the most atypical revenge stories...the victim is proclaiming she will avenge herself to everyone..guess…
Exactly my thought. I was surprised in a good way that the FL doesn’t change her identity as seen many times in other revenge dramas and proudly introduces her ‘comeback’ as Moon Dong Eun to those bullies. Makes it more realistic but still thrilling.
What does everyone think of Yeo Jung's character? I know his dad was brutally murdered by one of his patients…
I think it’s because 1) he likes her and cares about her and 2) he also has PTSD and so much pent up anger and rage so he sympathises with her and helping her would in a sense serve as an outlet to unleash his rage. About those violent scenes I’m quite sure they are just his fantasies.
I think that many people dropped Love All Play, I included. But I also don´t think that her acting was the reason.…
I first saw her in Extracurricular, which is one of my favorite shows too, and was really impressed. I’ve seen her in some other dramas but wasn’t as impressed, but like you said it’s not her but other factors. Loving her in this one!
Watch Wednesday, not a great series but good series
Good call lol. Gabriel is one of the main characters but he only appears from ep 3 onwards so be patient haha. But the other two main leads are also likeable and fun to watch so hope you won’t be bored during the first couple of episodes. Judging by online comments/reviews, many viewers love the trio and yeah, I have to say it gets more fun and exciting when Gabriel enters the picture.
Watch Wednesday, not a great series but good series
Seeing your previous comments, thought I'd add that Gabriel, the gay character in Half Bad is charming and interesting, plus the chemistry between him and the ML is subtle, natural and great. I don't watch BL (no offence) but I loved them there :)

If you liked Wednesday, I'd recommend Half Bad: The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself (which is way more gory and gripping), if you haven't watched it already. I enjoyed them both but liked the latter a lot more.
I've mainly seen opposites attract romances so it's refreshing for me to see completely different dynamics here between the FL and ML and how they are very much alike personality wise - they're both genuine, gentle, sweet and kind. I just love seeing them together and love how they both care about and help others around them in a subtle, quiet way. Loving Yeo Reum x Bom's growing bond and the dog too.
I was thinking about starting this then I read "its so boring" everywhere, is it really that horrible?
I don’t think ‘horrible’ is a fair judgement but some may find this quite boring as 6 episodes in, while it has some interesting and/or heartwarming moments, nothing major or really intriguing has happened. I love Ha Ji Won, loved Kang Ha Neul’s acting in Forgotten (hadn’t seen him in any other dramas before this), and missed the classic Kdrama vibes, which this show offers, so I really wanted to love it, but I have to say I’m not impressed (yet) and I don’t feel super drawn to any character, even HJW’s, so I don’t particularly look forward to new episodes each week. I’m still watching and holding onto hope that it’ll get better but we’ll see.
do someone has the answer?nothing clear was said (or I missed it) about their former marriage. did jiho registered…
When Mi Ho finds out about Ji Ho and is looking at Sang Eun’s marriage records, the documents show that they’re still married so it’s safe to say they sign but don’t submit the divorce papers.
Ok so I've learned the description is misleading, which is good because i didn't like the look of it, but this…
Let me answer your questions with facts only to keep spoilers to a minimum and let you be the judge of it. - How do they handle the situation? Terribly (well, my opinion but looks like you’d agree) - Does he apologise? No. Not that I remember. - Does she angrily put him in his place following the incident? Not at all. Instead, she apologises to him, TWICE. - Does she apologise to the ML? No. (But keep in mind that FL and ML aren't together at that point - they are legally married yes, but you know what I mean - so she doesn't necessarily owe him an apology here) - What is the reaction of the ML? Mad. It pushes him to act on his feelings. - Also is there a love rival for the FL? If not are there any women interested in the ML? Ex-wife is back in the picture in later episodes and shows interest in getting him back. (You didn’t ask, but ML doesn’t want her back at all)
I don't watch the show as I am not into romcoms, but why are some of you so pressed about the drama/sad/heavy…
As someone who is also not very big on romcoms and actually super into dark or heavy genres/themes, I’m not sold on the heavier side of the drama as I don’t think it’s blended very well with the romcom part (as in sometimes you feel like you’re watching two or more different dramas, not one that features different sides of life), not to mention it’s quite messy plot wise. But that’s just what I see and I still appreciate the efforts. That said, I've been invested in some characters (the ML, the FL's best friend) and the leads' relationship so that's what keeps me going and I'm having a really good time (most of the time) watching this.
Also, if the show is advertised as a romcom, I think it’s fair viewers would expect a full-on romcom with a substantial dose of romance and comedy, say 70-80%? But with this one, it’s not exaggerating to say that for several episodes, it feels as if it’s the other way around, plus the focus of the heavier part is often on the characters that many viewers can’t relate with and don’t care about, so that’s another reason I don’t blame those who aren’t enjoying the non romcom (sub) story lines.
All in all, it’s up to one’s personal tastes I guess.
Not one bit. If anything, it’s the other way around as in the FL helps bring them closer.
Nah, not in that sense or to the extent you seem to be suggesting. Without giving out spoilers, it’s by no means the centre of the plot, not even a big part of it. I said what I said because you specifically asked about that aspect, otherwise one may not even pay much attention to the FL’s role in the brothers’ relationship, one way or the other.
at this point were just watching to see how it ends. it's all become clear now that we were almost right all along…
I haven’t seen ep15 but agree with you on the show’s (un)predictability. For me it’s not entirely about the who, i.e who turns out to be the mastermind/killer and whether one as a viewer makes the right guess. It’s also about the what and how (cause we knew why already), it’s more in the detail (can we say the devil is in the details in a literal sense here haha), catching clues here and there and connecting the dots, it’s also about how things are planned/executed and how those f* a* adults will be punished etc. I guessed it right (quite early on and so far) yet that hasn’t made me enjoy the show any less. Maybe to each their own?
Oh but be warned: it does have sexual content lol
