Since I saw clothes flying before the door closed I was not happy with episode 1. Having a revelation of myself, why I find assault more exceptable than SA is wild to myself... o.O
but when in the novel it is "just" being beaten I can take it as it is and see the 1ML in a more gray than burning red light...
The breed of snakes dies quickly if mixed with the wrong conditions. He knew beforehand and created the wrong conditions, dropped the name of the breeder (Wang?) who the ML1 already does not like to create some kind of emotional support/reaction from the ML.
dont look at the negative comments! However you feel about a drama is yours to feel and no ones to judge!
This review was as hilarious as I found the series... So many series come with wild (confusing) storylines, so I immensly enjoyed this every-day, could happen like this in real life BL with almost no deeper storyline and food! :)

I am on episode 5 and I don't know, why the female main character needs so much saving... like every episode something weird happens and she needs to be saved. from the strong (but not healthy, chubby) attorney I didn't really see a speak except for when she says "I am Kang Jo Eun". otherwise she needs saving every 5 minutes. I understand that it is the character and not the actress, but dear lord... that almost ruined it for me.. I will give it two more episodes.
I don't know it is the westerner view of things, but the description of the sister are really good.
I would have added rself righteous for the eldest too, sitting her high horse and judging everyone and everything but not being able to get even the tiniest grip on her own live. not really caring how things reflect on her family as long as she gets to follow her breadcrumbs.
But: I understand the money hungry motivation of the eldest and the stupidly selfish behaviour of the little one best. Having a mother like that, not being able to meet needs end or having a family member die on you because of money can make people that way. what I don't get it the naivity and stupidness... like

I read the synopsis and was intrigued, the reviews left me guessing and unsure if it will be a good or not good experience.
First episode impression: The actor parents are controlling **** and should really take along walk through a dark forest (the decision if they should come back is still in revision). I want to smack them. Repeatedly. also they are traumatizing their child for money... The older brother needs to stop infantualizing his younger brother. The other main cast is way to overpainted (literally, not figuratively). The manager of the family seems to be the only decent person in this series. I hope he does not get coupled with the older brother.
I will keep it up until episode 2 (or 3) and will then decide again. I will probably need a break, too.

The trailers and pilots lured me in but the actors and story kept me here!
Park Jihoons performance - chefs kiss for me. he is playing the "I don't care and I don't give a f**. move."- personality so well and expresses those little emotions with an amazing impact. also, the development of the character itself was really good.
