He's been like that from the very begining dude xD Ending of 7th Episode already shows that Mork look kinda pissed off that Pi keep Denying his own feeling after everything (Nan's Rejection, Morks Confession, etc.). I'm sure that u already saw the Red Flag way before the 8th Episode xD. I saw it too, lol. If its in a IRL situation, his actions are not just creepy, its clearly moving towards Sociopathic xD Charming, Manipulative, Stalking, CatFishing, everything xD. But, since its a drama, and with Exaggeration of Comedy and Over The Top Cringe scene, its . . . Okay i guess, as long as the viewer understand that these kind of behavior are not to be made an example of how to get people we like to like us back. Its a content made for entertainment.
That being said, i still enjoy this show. Enough to keep watching until the very end xD

It does raise the question 1. Did Mork stalk Pi? 2. Did Pi asked Mork, if he can comeover after he snapped at his mom? (which is more likely since he practiacally doesnt have anyone else to lean at this point) 3. Why are we keep nitpicking the story? xD cause sometime its just due to the DraMagic. and it shouldnt always follows the logic of the real world behaviour, although it does need explanation as to why he is able to come at the precise moment. aside from the aforementioned Dramagic A.K.A The Script Required it to Happen xD

tbh i think they develop Pi's Feeling for Mork from Eps2. Making him questioning himself. and its getting clearer and clearer(for Pi) each episodes. I agree that they does put some unnecessary and stretchy joke. But imo its working, they're not rushing it. this episode almost close the lid for Pi's feeling/obsession towards mork, and from here onward he's going to open and slowly accept Morks affection. Cause imo, if they turned Pi's feeling way faster than this (as in make him realizes that he likes Mork) it would not be "organic" and might feel forced to some extent.

Yup! Guess they shouldve been able to show more interaction between Pi and his family instead of some of the extra stretchy jokes in previous episodes. Tho i still enjoy it xD
