-Her mom line about Pi's distancing himself from his parents and changes of behavior is kinda off, since their interaction for the last 5 episode was minimum, and the only thing showing it just that before the "makeover" he eats with them, and afterwards he isnt eating with them on the table (from todays episode). wish they show us more interaction beforehand to make the line more impactful. instead of more than enough over the top and stretch out scene.
But since this episode is some sort of a turning point for all of them (Especially Pi's behavior towards Mork, which bugs lots of people here xD) I'm exciting for the next episode, just hoping they make Pi's change of behavior toward Mork naturally or at least not 180 degree different right off the bat from the 1st 5minute of Episode 7 xD

From what i see, the entire episode happened in a short amount of time (less than 1 month total (i guess)) in the FUTS timeline (assuming in the 1 year Pi follows/stalk Nan, they have minimum to no interaction with Mork), as i stated in my comment below that it shows continuity (direct continuity even xD)
Eps 1 - The Mall Scene happened the next Day after the Bar Scene the night before (Mork apologizes for what happen "Last Night"), and the Weather forecaster said the next few day gonna be Heatstroke risk kind of weather. (2 -3 Days)
Eps 2 - Continuing the same scene from 1st eps ending. Assuming that was a weekday (since his dad asked him whether he had class that day or not) the moment he met Mork might be the Next Day or Wednesday/Thursday of Next week after the Dentist Scene. It ended after he Text his "mysterious friend". (2-7 Days)
Eps 3 - Again, continuing the same scene after the texting to Pi asking Nan out for that Blind Date Event (happens on Friday Night), since he take the gross lab the same day he asked out Nan, he should be doing the ritual the day after, because the next morning Nan confirmed that he could go for that Event tonight. Proceed to the actual Blind In Love Event that ended with that Kiss Scene. (2-3 Days)
Eps 4 - Pick up the next morning after the Blind in Love Event (Saturday). He eavesdropped on Nan and Mork making plan for "This Saturday" which makes it confusing since it is Saturday, unless the translation was wrong and meant Sunday or Next Saturday. Lets assume it was Next Saturday(student behind Meen are wearing Uniform and he seems to be in Uni) to make sense of Pi Duean and Kitty Gang Absurd Planning to be Put in Motion (Renting the car, renting the unnecessary costume) it Ended in the Car Scene. (2-7 Days)
Eps 5 - Again, it Continue the same Car Scene. Mork left his phone on Pi's Rental Car (assuming it was Saturday), it could mean that he met Pi for the Lab Gown on Monday ( but based on the Duean and Meen Scene on School that night, it was Friday (which is kinda confusing unless their story did not happen simultaneously, which would make this even more confusing why would Pi hang on to Mork's Phone for almost a Week xD), to be safe we'll follow the actual stated Day Friday, then the library scene should take place the same day (Pi's Phone shows confusing time travelling Clock - its 19.19 when he check twitter, but it moves back in time to 15.16 when he stalk Nan Facebook) (2-7 Days)
Based on those rough estimates, all the 5 Episodes occurred in about 10-30 Days. Which could explain why Pi keep acting like an ass towards Mork. Its too short of a time (imo) to change your mind set regarding a person whom you thought was your Love Rival (who is hot af, has way more time spend together with his crush than he ever had), considering his past and all, its not too far of a stretch that he acted that way to Mork. Again, im not justifying his behavior or anything, its not right to be that rude to others, especially with the minimum interaction they had. the Shippers doesnt help either.
But we do see him progressing towards accepting that Mork is not out to get him nor trying to get Nan away from him across the 5 Episode. And realisticly speaking, people cope differently towards trauma. so, maybe cut him some slack xD
Pros - Glad to see Phuwin again after The Gifted: Graduation! his role as Pi is great so far. Granted that Pi character is somewhat insufferable (especially towards Mork :'v) i kinda understand why is he acting the way he is, trauma causes different result to different people and each have different way to cope with it, that being said i'm not justifying nor saying that its right for him to act the way he is right now. Clearly they're setting him up to be a more likeable character as the story progresses (at least that what i hope for x'D) - Pond depiction of Mork is great as well, i genuinely believe that Mork loves PI! and in a realistic way too. like being annoyed with your loved one when they are clearly being annoying. at the very least he's not 1 dimensional character that shows / have no problem at all with how their significant other behave and will always back them/love them no matter what. I'm looking forward to the reason why he loves Pi (if they don't reveal it in future episodes, that would succ :v) - Neo is great when playing wacky character like Duean, like his previous role in GNR. I like when he constantly break the 4th wall. His scene is stoopidly fun to watch. - Louis is doing a great job with his role as Meen. Still cant believe that he's the same person as the one singing the OST. Guess that shows that he has a good acting skill xD. I'm curious tho, why Meen is way to childish and clingy for his age. - I genuinely love the 1st episode. It's a Solid Pilot for me. The pacing is great so far, it shows continuity between scenes and episode. - Comedy is always a win for me. The over the top joke is included XD. Granted that most of it are Cheesy and Cringey, but at least they're owning it xD. i laugh my ass off most of the time watching it.
Cons - Even tho i like most the joke they throw in here, some of it stretch way out of proportion. 1. The Dentist Scene from Episode 2 with the Kitty Gang 2. The On Again Off Again Light in Gross Lab Scene (way too long) 3. The Toilet Scene with Duean (thank goodness its not continuing after episode 2) - Mix seems not really that into playing Meung Nan, i know that his character is just a guess star, but still, Most of Nan screen time is boring, nearly feels like a hollow character that sole purpose is to be there and look good. (i love his acting in ATOTS and i don't think its too much to hope that his delivery should be better than this(maybe its a problem with how the director want the character to be portrayed, but i don't know)) - The Fujo/Fudan is way too much and their way to invasive(its a harassment alright). With the amount of over the top jokes in here, i don't think its necessary to add more, especially if it shows such unhealthy behaviour like that (I know its for comedic purposes, but come on) - The moment i saw that the Kitty Gang is shown wearing those Sikh Costume's, the first time that comes to my mind is "Wow, this could be incredibly insensitive for some people", again, i know its for comedic purposes, but i don't think they should do it that way. Since it would gave the same result even without them dressing up (just like how they think of it in previous scene. Unless their purposes to cover up their identity so Mork and Nan would not recognize them, which would make no sense since they are senior, not too mention, from different faculty from Mork and Nan. (i don't read the novel, but i assume they don't know each other, and that's enough reason to refrain from such unnecessary get up - the amount of filler and repeating flashback (even for scene just shown 5 minutes earlier) is baffling
With all that being said. I genuinely enjoy the series. its not everyone cup of tea, and that's okay. You either gonna like it or you won't. Its a Corny, Cheesy, Over-the-top and sometimes Cringe Comedy, if thats what youre looking for then you're in for a treat. The Romance is also great (so far, since its GMMTV, hopefully its not 2gether 2.0) Hopefully there would be less (or no more) of the unnecessary filler or joke as more episodes being released
