With all the praise the show is getting here, i gotta say something though, besides the two main characters, i…
Yeah I totally understand this, I’m only on episode 6 but the only characters I care about are the two main characters and the male lead’s two friends. That’s it. I’m only on episode 6 but I wish they could make the other side characters more likable.
I remember starting this a few years back but pausing it due to having too much of a busy life on my plate. I…
There isn’t really any spoilers here I just wanted to mark it just in case.
I haven’t watched My Country: The New Age, but I can tell you that the character Lee Bang Won is in fact based off of a real-life person. The drama Six Flying Dragons is an interesting take on Lee Bang Won’s life story, they definitely make it to where the main character is easy to sympathize for after all the struggles he goes through. He becomes greedy and does some very bad things but the drama portrays the history in a way that shows how Lee Bang Won felt that his actions were justified. What certainly helps with falling in love with his character is who he’s played by, Yoo Ah In. He’s a phenomenal actor and I don’t know if the drama would be the same without him.
My reply is kind of a ramble too lol, but basically even though I can’t compare them I can tell you that Yoo Ah In’s portrayal of the antihero is amazing.
Uh… it might just be an older photo of him. I don’t understand why you’re so emotional just about a photo…
I understand why you would want to contribute to the site, but I never whined, griped, or got upset at you at all. 💀 I don’t think you understand that you are the one who’s getting upset in this conversation, not me. There’s just no reason for you to get so worked up over someone else’s response to your comment. Does my reply really affect you that much? 💀 That’s just childish.
This is quite a common trope, but this drama was really refreshing! The character’s personalities really stood out to me and I really love them both :)
Oh my Goodness, I loved this! But where did all the monsters go during the middle episodes 😕. They just disappeared…
You should read the webtoon if you want to see monsters actually being an threat to the characters constantly. The drama does a really bad job at this. The webtoon is incredible at showing the characters being under the suspenseful, constant threat of being killed by monsters.
