Does qiao lin think that her sister grew up with love when they all abandoned her to the point her parents didn't…
I think Qiao Lin is just self absorbed and never really cared or thought about her sister growing up. Also, all their parents focuses is/was on Qiao Lin.
Given her love of fighting people, the memory of her saving Yan is just whatever now.
I finished ep 5 but i didn't enjoyed as i enjoyed the first 3 eps, since he started working with her they add…
I think FL had a miscarriage so the child is not hers.
I agree with you. I didn’t think they needed to go into romance, at least not this early. They are literally fighting for their lives every single turn, who has time for that????
I am enjoying this drama so far but I often wonder what the casting directors were thinking.
To me their chemistry is like older sis/yonger brother. Let’s put the lead’s casting aside. The childhood friend is also miscasted. He looks like he’s 20 years older than the ML. The story is cute but I really have get past the visuals.

He’s doing great but visually I can see that she’s much older than him so it takes me out of the story a little. It works if this is a noona love story but they mentioned her age as being in her 20s.
I liked the first 11 episodes but now it's the same Ting Yan who does dumb things in every new episode and then…
I thought the same and actually dropped it at episode 16 as well! The female lead’s obsession with sleeping and stuffing her face is ridiculous. We are at war, man! (I definitely said this in Eddie Murphy’s voice) and she’s just clueless.
I also don’t think the FL’s acting is my cup of tea. Everything from her facial expressions to her delivery is just cringe.
Finished first 3 episodes, the fl is consistently wide eyed with her deer in the headlights expression. Does she…
I’m on episode 13 and she’s still the same - wide eyed with her deer in the headlights expression. I think the issue is also with Arthur Chen. He is so incredibly beautiful with his stoic expression so the contrast is a little jarring.

What’s so hard to comprehend that not everyone has to like a show? That’s actually a no brainer lol.

The character he’s playing is a little much and so toxic but I can not stop watching.
