Thank you for this. I was seriously confused with how Wei Yan is the villain when it was explained that he didn’t do anything except for going back to the palace. One thing I don’t understand is why Wei Yan must kill Changyu’s parents and get the letter? I still don’t understand what’s in the letter that he wants to hide. Did he want to hide the fact that it was all the emperor’s doing??

Ughhh that’s unfortunate!!! I felt like that scene was the best scene out of the episode. Even more than the bath scene! But I do remember see the clip and thinking they pushed the envelope a bit here lol

You know, I was unhappy that it was leaked but now I’m conflicted. If it wasn’t, we wouldn’t have seen this AMAZING scene.
