Jeez the tension in the emperor Hall’s can cut air. Consort li truly loved the emperor, even though she is very flawed. That look exchange during the palace attack between the two of them was beautifully done.

He totally under estimated and he’s trying to make up for that lost, which feels so disrespectful to the story and the cast!!

Right? I felt like an iconic drama like this deserved a well thought out ending.

When the leads were like it’s going to be a really happy ending in the interviews, did not expect this. Never trust actors words again!!!! 😂
