I can't feel any remorse for Princess royal and her daughter. They treated people like ants through and through so they had to be taken out. I don't like a bit.

I get Wei Yinglou. I wouldn't give someone like Qian Long all my heart. He is an emporer and has a favourite wife depending on who is makes him happy that time. like he has many wives. Also lets not forget that he ruined her love by imposing marriage on her lover coz he wanted to have her. My biggest ick is how he treats them when they make him angry. He doesn't care wether they are treated badly or not. He doesn't trust anybody(he is king) but wants her to trust and love him? He dissappointed her many times it woudn't be possible for her to. She treated herself like the treasure she is. I love her

Ya'll are right. I'm just biased and liked the SML better. I knew from the day she didnt kill the ML while he was weak and the day Achu cried thinking ML betrayed her that she was a goner. ML is not a bad person I just don't like characters that say they'll protect you for your own good but are bad at communication type. He was bound by fielal pity and love and I'm glad he got out that muddled place and made a choices for himself.

Before I start watching this.Does the male lead have any martial arts? And does he die?

If I was A'chu I'd pick Yan Xun but I'm not and the heart wants what it wants. Wen Yue is a morally grey person. He is more of a hero and Heroes will eventually sacrifice you for the better good. Villains will burn the world for you. While I don't like any of the men in here, all bad except (Xialu's bro). Sure YX went a through a horrific trauma but who hasn't in here. Chu Qao and other innocent "slaves"were literally hunted,sexually assault,abused and killed for fun. Its a dog eat dog world. Still,YX would be my villain. Just for survival.

I want to like this but fantasy has never been my taste. I love the actors though

I love how they explained how the conflict became about. I still don't feel sorry for Wei Yan he did what he thought he had to do. All the decisions he made he stood by and I can respect that but he still wasn't a good person. Qi min growing the way he did doesn't excuse his behavior. He wanted to kill his child. I just can't get past that. So a fitting ending for him. He was going to be a tyrant anyway. Lastly, my mainleads deserve another series. I loved their chemistry

I don't like trauma series but I like the main actors. It's truly a good drama but I dont think I'll watch it again.

It's not her fault yes but she knows her brother was brutally and viciously trying to kill his husband, He wouldn't have stopped if he wasn't stopped. Now because she knows her brother died in the hands of FX protector she wants revenge?. That wonderful brother made Fx life difficult unprovoked might I add. And her mother? With the way things are going. FX will end up killing her so what she gonna do, vow revenge on her husband. She chose him so she should live with knowing that her family sucks and if she can't compromise either, she must not meddle but grief in peace. Either for her husband(hope not) or her mother (hope yes). I don't think the brother is dead though 🤔. Her and male lead love each other yes but with the way things are going. Its not looking good. I seriously don't like her for him. She should stay out of it for her own and our sake. Her family cares for her yes but not other people so. They got to go. Its not her fault for being born in a family of psychos but it will be her fault if she now wants revenge for psychos.

I like the court cases. I don't see a love line between the leads. I know the girl seems to have a crush but we've yet to see it in the male lead pov too. Regarding to the age gap. I don't mind it at all. Like Kylie said to Kendall "27 is basically 30" she's a grown women. Also im sure she knew when she casted that the ml is older.

Some of us had only the subtitles to give us context😭, but so true. He never manipulated his way into her life. I never hated him even with the cave fight because I knew he wouldn't hur her. Most Cdramas focus on Mainleads but I too wanted to see him oppening up to other people since he can feel now. Plus he is intelligent too so I wanted to see his life in the palace. How he'll maneuver these scums and greedy people who after power

I like that the fml is planning ahead too. I don't know but I like a women with a plan. Even though Wei is her husband she doesn't abandon her family. I don't know why people expect her to turn against her family(who loves her)when her husband plans to kill them. If I was her I'd do the same. Why be at his mercy? No thank you.
