@Ahena the fact that she's in her 30s and can't take care of her skin and hair and her clothes is not cute at all. BUT nobody would have complained about her looks if her personality was different and if she stood up for herself instead of shrieking like an idiot and daydreaming while somebody was talking to her.

Well, the fact that she is hiding from someone whom she was in love with like.... 15 years ago is not normal at all and not funny. I'm sure he has problems of his own and insecurities, but she is waaay worse, it is painful to watch her as she lets herself getting trashed around.

You're wrong. How come a person who is insecure, lacks self-esteem and confidence is not in need of character change? SHE is the one who needs to get her shit together and act normal, HE did not do anything wrong. Any other employee would have fired her long time ago.
