I actually think that they did a great thing with editing, when the episodes are shorter they tend to focus on quality more. The only thing I disliked is the overuse of flashbacks.

Off topic but I must be a bit honest here - it was really her fault for leaving the dress like that, she should have stood up for herself and said that her job is to keep an eye on the dress, and not to act like a slave and move smb else's freakin car. Her weak-willed personality got her into shit again. I'd have fired her too probably.
