You're not, the new Eun Jae looks neurotic and obsessive, and she's also mean. I hated her in ep 10 when she badmouthed that college friend of hers who's got a crush on Jong Yeol. She acts all cute and innocent but is actually like a snake, can't stand her anymore.

I think you're overreacting. Yes, people can last a year without sex, but not everyone would be willing to wait so long (and why would they?) and he did. He was obviously immature at the beginning of the relationship but that doesn't mean he treated her badly.
On the other hand, what does that make her, she was willingly in a relationship with someone who only thought she was pretty? That makes her a fool too then.

And what was he supposed to do? If he took her home she would take that as a sign of hope and continue to follow him everywhere. He had to cut the ties and it's a good thing he did that. He doesn't like her anymore, when she talked about their relationship it was implied that he gradually stopped liking her, not suddenly.

I don't think he's a jerk at all. When his friends asked him why they broke up he didn't say anything. A real jerk would say "cuz she was frigid" or something like that. He is obviously not that kind of a person.

How come 53 days when she clearly said they were together for 333 days? That is almost a year.

I totally understand that he looks like a jerk from that interview, but that is in contrast to how he treated her in season 1. A guy wouldn't spend almost a year with a girl if he wanted only sex, nobody would be able to wait that long.

And he is obviously uncomfortable around her and doesn't seem like a jerk who would dump you only because of sex. It seems like he is guilty but simply doesn't have feelings towards her anymore.
When she begged him to not leave her and to go to motel did he accept? He didn't.

And I'm not saying she owes him anything, but if she liked him as a person and was attracted to him, it's not normal to feel shy after a year of being together. It's not about his pleasure but hers too. Isn't she supposed to enjoy herself in sex too? She would, but she doesn't want to let herself. Why do you assume that she has sex related problems? I think she is just one of those girls who see sex as something shameful and wrong and that is plain and simple stupid.

Haha not a bad witch, but why is he then a bad guy because he doesn't want to wait until marriage to have sex? They spent almost a year dating, and if she is not ready then that means that she either has a psychological problem (which is unlikely, we know she doesn't have any traumas related to sex) or she is simply playing hard to get. Girls do it all the time and blame it on shyness. It's okay if "she is not ready" but it is not okay to expect of him to keep on waiting on her to overcome her shyness. It's silly.

I blame it on her if the reason of their break-up is lack of sex. If it proves that there is another reason, we'll see it then. And I still think he cared for her, in his own way. He wouldn't be with her for a year if he only wanted sex.

If it ends up that he used her and pretended to like her only to have sex with her - then yes, he is a jerk.

The problem is that I got another impression from season 1, it seemed to me that he really liked so I was a bit shocked when they revealed that they broke up in season 2.

Of course she can decide what she wants, but it depends what is the reason behind her decision. If she simply wasn't ready to lose her virginity then that is okay. But if she played hard to get because she thought she would seem "easy" then that is wrong.

During the last few eps it seemed to me that he felt guilty for hurting her but he wasn't mean. We seriously need a flashback or something of the actual break-up.

It's not that I'm defending him, but it's a bit too much to call him a jerk. He was never cruel or mean to her, and he was always honest. I think we still don't know the real reason why they broke up but if he got tired of her, I totally understand why. Remember when she said that he forgot their 333th day anniversary? What the heck, I would get tired of her too.

I get it but that is still my opinion. I'm tired of female characters and women in general who act all pure and innocent and think that sex is something holy. It is not. It is natural. My grandma told me to never get married to a guy with whom I haven't previously lived or had sex with. She was a smart woman.

I don't think he was with her only because of sex, I think he really cared about her. If he spent months with her without sex then he was willing to wait. He probably got tired of her, and who wouldn't?
Women who don't want to have sex before marriage are afraid that they would be judged for not being pure which is a consequence of patriarchy. Otherwise they are very dumb because why would a smart person wait to get married to have sex when she doesn't even know if she'll like it with her husband? Women should realize that sex is normal and they should enjoy it, not judge it.

Anyway, if she liked him both as a person and physically, why would she refuse to have sex with him? That is dumb.

That aspect of patriarchy is present in almost all cultures, even mine. But it's slowly dying, which is a good thing.

Anyway, if that is his real reason then I understand him tbh. Sex is a normal thing for couples and he can't wait forever for her to overcome her shyness. I wouldn't either. If there is no attraction (on her part) then they are simply not compatible.
