They actually both die...the male sacrifices himself for the female and basically all of human kind and the female lead just cannot live without him again after all they have been through which is actually understandable. You will need tissues...trust me. The last few episodes killed me. Like I don’t think I have cried that hard for any other drama before and trust me I’ve seen a lot!
Every episode has such a great mix of action and underlying sweet moments that’s “just right”. It looks like an epic adventure that has a smoldering romance that’s building up to become one of the greatest love stories of 2018. The ML here is serious boyfriend/husband material. Yes sometimes he is quite brash and can sound mean but he cares for and knows our FL better than anyone else. His caring gestures are super subtle but once you recognize them, they will melt your heart. Does help that he’s played by a great actor! FL is super lovable without being annoyingly clingy. I hope she will get the character development she deserves!
This is killing me that it's only subbed until ep 12. Can someone please tell me why? It looks like such a great re-telling of a classic tale, why is there no one subbing it? Please please please subbing gods, hear our plea's and work your magic! From your forever grateful non-Mandarin speaking fans xx
Absolutely stunning production. Every episode feels like a movie. I’m usually such a snob when it comes to watching new actors and actresses I’m not familiar with but these guys are all doing such a great job! Only up to episode 9 but man it’s blowing me away. Hopefully it continues to wow :)
