A question purely from curiosity - in ep3 it was shown that Mo Eun fixed the crack in the wall with chewed rice. Is it practically possible and if possible is it hard to notice in plain sight?
Watched the first season a year or something ago and honestly BeomSeok is still my most hated character of all…
Hatred towards Beom Seok appears justified for he ruined what was a beautiful friendship. Yes he crossed the line, f*cked up so badly, his actions went beyond forgiveness. But it’s the psychological complexity of this character is why he’s still discussed even after 3 years. Applying moral absolutism for this character misses the point. It is such a well-written and well-orchestrated character.
But I don’t get the last line of your comment though. Is he (or are the viewers) supposed to feel thankful towards his abusive adoptive father for his money and political power that served as an “easy escape”? Cause it was explicitly shown his father was a major reason why he turned out to be this shitty
From the very first moment, I was completely hooked. What I loved the most was Si Eun’s straightforward personality,…
I get the frustration with this character (and not excusing him) but Beom Seok did not have it easy and wasn’t simply living his life. He was constantly beaten by his adoptive father at home, intimidated by the secretary, bullied at his former school. He was sent to Phillipines to avoid scandal, but his dad threatened to kill him once he got there
I am still not over the fact how they ruined the perfectly wrapped series with this season. Usagi felt like totally another person. Arisu’s lightened up persona was a likeable thing though. But why was Banda so obsessed with him! not to mention that twist of Ann and Banda! I have seen all sorts of fan theories but it’s not enough. Like s1 & s2 were so well explained that this unexplained twist was just a mood ruiner. idk about another season and a big no to usa spinoff.
Since I am still at ep3, finger crossed that everything will turn out ok
