This may not be the best among the best.But overall I enjoyed the show and everyone got their happy ending.I also love the chemistry between the three pairs.The soundtrack is definitely a plus.The plot can be improved but I had a great laugh while watching the series.

I understand your sentiments for Sun Oh not given the spotlight he deserved in the second season.Also is it really necessary to set some standards for someone to be the male lead just because a certain character can be inferior it doesn't really mean that they don't have a chance to stand out.Yes Hyeyoung only have feelings for Jojo and that is not the only thing he can offer just because of his background.He can wait for her without pestering her.By the time she dated Hyeyoung it was clear enough that she was willing to accept him.She could have runaway with Sunoh knowing that he still likes her but she didn't. One thing that I couldn't understand was that Sunoh still loves Jojo even she can't ring his alarm but still he dated Yook Jo and then when he saw her again he keeps asking Jojo to ring his alarm to confirm her love.Also I didn't really like Yook Jo's character in S1 but I started to like her in S2.She was the person Sunoh could rely on when Hyeyoung wasn't there.The only thing I hoped for is that Sun oh would never trapped himself in a loveless marriage like his mother. Yet in the end Sunoh is still invested with the love alarm app when he tells Yook Jo that he hopes that she can ring her alarm.But the difference between Hyeyoung and Kim Jojo is that they are able to express their love for each other without relying too much on the app.As I was searching I found out the drama ended the same way as the webtoon.

It all started with the Love Alarm app though.Imagine people making their lives so complicated and pestering others to ring their alarm just to confirm if they like them back.But nevertheless it was a unique concept.Throughout the show I always keep an open mind whoever Kim Jojo ends up.Because she deserves so much love. Everyone else in the drama does so as Sun Oh who yearns for his parent's love.But even without his parents he has friends like Hyeyoung and plenty others who admire him.But imagine Jojo she was abandoned by her friends I never get to see them redeem their mistakes. Hyeyoung may not be entirely the prince charming type but he truly cares for those people around him.He stayed on the sidelines while Sunoh and Jojo were together. The only thing this drama taught me You can never have everything in life.I noticed that Sunoh have enough screentime in S1 and S2 is giving Hyeyoung the spotlight.They both deserved that.I don't see any bias in it either.The drama itself isn't perfect so are the characters but I think this is the only show that I never complained about the ending.

Me too I sometimes find kdramas pretty long and ended up skipping some scenes.There were dramas that started pretty well but the other episodes just bore me out.
I finished this drama in 3 days.Overall I loved that the drama is fast paced and the storyline was great.haven't seen the kdrama version though but I truly love this one.Tadayoshi has aged since Clover days with Emi Takei and Alice Hirose looks stunning as always.The ending was so sweet.
When I saw the trailer i thought this is gonna be another DOTS remake.but I think watching some clips I know this gonna be different. I wasn't really a DOTS fan either so I might check it out when I have time.I seem to have a good impression of the actors and have seen some of their dramas too.

I love the chemistry between the leads.But it could have been a better ending.There were a series of misunderstanding in the past to cut things short they were each other's first love.They haven't even showed the part where grandma fully accepts Lou Yan everything was rushed when a lot could have happened in a span of 24 episodes. The OSTs are a plus will check it out later.

Hahaaa I was also looking forward to Bai Li and Gebi's story I wonder if they did really end up together. In the 2019 version Gebi never regretted anything and now he wants to win her back.I love the amusement park scene.

Chen Mohan even tricked Baili and Gebi in this version kinda regretted for taking everything for granted. But Baili realized she has to love herself first and stand up for herself. I also love the Chen Jing and Lou Yan arc in the 2019 version. Because it clearly showed their relationship and them living together.Chen Jing clearly knew Lou Yan's real intention. Sheng Huainan's ex also had a love line in this version. The ending in this version showed the successful careers of the characters especially Lou Zhi.In the span of 38 episodes they could have included their life after marriage.hahaaaa
