I also love Tony Leung but I've got to admit that I love his Martial Arts/Wuxia oriented dramas instead of his sentimental/romance oriented ones although I did see "In the Mood for Love".
You want a HKC thriller? My top recommendation is "The Bullet Vanishes", it's really amazing. If you liked that, I will recommend you others.

I see why you would drop it; I hated them both at some point but I came to understand their motives although I really hated the end.

Do you like mystery/psuchological dramas? I stumbled into some great dramas of those genre but some of them aren't fully subbed.

You hate triangles, right? Then why 3-Iron is one of your favorite movies while it seems to have a strong triangle?

I also never drop a movie no matter how bad or boring it is; I don't even drop dramas and I never leave things unfinished.
Actually, I watch horror movies but not alone; I was always being frightened by my uncles when I was little so I always start imagining things after watching an horror movie alone. However, I am not sensitive to gory action movies with cutting and slaying throats where there are extremely violent scenes; I am coldblooded that way and I enjoy them most of the time. I also love thrillers.

I've got this urge to watch Ryomaden as soon as possible but I think I will have to start another taiga drama in the meantime. I looked again and I found all the 48 raw episodes; I am going to download them then look for subs; I am sure they exist.
I hate it when subbers drop their projects, you either pick it up and stick with it until the end or don't pick it up at all. It happens a lot in Japanese dramas, I've been waiting for one of this year's drama to be completely subbed for ages.

I remember the beginning song from Maou; it was good but I don't really care about music so I won't follow Fukuyama as a singer; only as an actor and he's really doing a great job so far.

What's "Gold" about? A very old Japanese drama?

I am sure it will be a lot xD
I am going to watch Nodame at some point; I liked the anime so I will watch it in the future and I don't mind "Manga-ish" comdy, I really like the Japanese style of comedy.

Is there any movie like "Going By The Book"?

OMG DA, just how many variety and talk shows do you watch?

Also, do you happen to know some funny Jdramas or Jmovies (even Kmovies are fine)

Thanks for the wishes (:

I watched many Japanese dramas produced this year lately. I have to finish the two galileo seasons and watch two or three other Jdramas and I will be done with the dramas I wanted to watch out of this year. I started Galileo and yes, I have the feeling that I am going to love this. Also, Fukuyama Masaharu is on his way to become a personal favorite for me too. I wanted to watch Ryomaden but I can't seem to find the last four or five episodes subbed or I haven't looked well, it pissed me off.

I get from what you saying that you liked The Quiz Show 2 better than the first?

Yes, somehow. I had some projects to work on, it a headache.

Oh cool! Where you able to watch something good from HKC? I only watch Martial Arts, Wuxia and thrillers from there.

You're welcome, there's also "Into The White Night" and it has a drama version "Byakuyaku", if you want to watch both of them then watch the movie first but my advice, skip the movie and watch the drama; it dark, twisted and great.

The gif is from Eita and Matsuda Ryuhei's drama "Mahoro Ekimae Bangaichi".

LOL I also thought that you're going to become very attached to it. As for me, I liked the stalking and revenge parts and that's almost it; I rated it 7 but it's almost 6,5 and I don't miss it :D

I am thinking about it but these days, I am not able to watch anything melodramatic, Secret was the only exception. I will try to not repeat that experience.

Of course I will let you know and yes, I already have my eyes on Big Shot and Swordsman drama if I am right.

No, don't worry about it, of course I will discuss it with you Dior I was just being meannie. I also didn't used to watch currently airing dramas but I changed about a year ago.

I will start Galileo tonight and let you know as I progress. I have good hopes for it and I am trying not to let them be big expectations.

We will see about that :p

I see, so you're busy that you can't even watch a movie?

I've been also cleaning up my list and watching this year's Japanese dramas that suit my taste. I just finished Mahoro Ekimae Bangaichi and I loved it. Now, I will start a detective drama Galileo.
Oh, Summer Nude is no way to be a good drama of this year. I am so glad I didn't watch it.

I saw her in "The Queen of The Game" and I disliked her ever since; then I saw her in some other dramas and movies and realized how much I hate her acting so I decided to put her in my black list.

It's not a bother at all, don't worry. I just passed the big exam in med school and got my general practitionner degree and soon, I will choose a specialty. I am torn between two majors and I can't decide between them yet.

Wallace Huo is a great actor in Wuxia dramas and he was great in The Vigilantes in Mask; it's a good drama to introduce you to that actor. There's great action in that drama.

I will watch The Quiz Show 2 but first I need to clean up the 2013 Japanese dramas that I wanted to watch. I finished one today and I will start Galileo.

How's Three Kingdoms treating you?

Oh, so what do you have in mind to watch next? Japanese dramas I mean.

Yes exactl, Saw like movies are my thing. Action gory and extreme violence but horror gory isn't something of my preferences.
