Yes, I met Rou in real life but me and Yuki are online friends :D Then have you met Rourou lately? She doesn't plan to come back here?

I heard about Donnie's and I do plan to watch it very soon.
Actually, I've been rewatching some old martial arts movies that I am completely drifting away from the new ones and I also haven't seen any thriller since The Bullet Vanishes.

As for me I like gory action movies but I dislike Gory horror movies; it's as simple as that but I also like gore when it's mixed with comedy.

As long as it's Wuxia and historical then I don't really mind romance just like I don't mind romance with action. I know that dramas can be quite distracting; I am glad that I can have few time to spare in my internship to watch dramas, my mentor can be quite generous :D

Did you finish Yuusha?

I always download dramas and movies but I usually buy HKC movies because I like to keep them on DVD. Before DC shut down, I used to watch currently airing dramas on streaming but now everything is download even the currently airing one. It's great due to the quality. Let me know once you watch it (:

I finished Galileo and I liked it, plus there wasn't actually romance and it's quite convinient for that type of drama. Have you seen the second season yet?

Yes sure, I will let you know as I progress with it. I recently finished Galileo so I didn't watch any episode of Reply today.

How did you like Sympathy for Lady Vengeance?

Let's hope it will be a good movie, I especially like the thrillers made in Korea.

You don't want to start The Bridal Mask because it's long? It's actually 28 episodes long and very interesting to follow; it's the reason that made me love that era in Korea.

Kaidan is an horror movie so I won't even ask about it. What did you think of Izo? It's Miike and Matsuda Ryuhei!

I remember disliking the female lead mainly because of the triangle but I am glad I watched it before Cruel City; that's for sure.

Just You was frustrating, it does seem cute and fluffy at first but it dragged for more than 10 episodes; it made me celebrate after finishing it and making the decision of giving up on Taiwanese dramas (except the serious ones) and on romantic comedies in general.

I am watching Legal High 2 and Kurokouchi, the first is a comedy law drama with one of my favorite actors Sakai Masato and the second is a thriller mystery detective drama that's keeping me very interested. I also started Reply 1994, I don't know if you saw the first Reply but this one has potential as well.

I get what you mean Pretty and I am full aware of the majority's taste and I repeat that I never meant to insult anyone even if it seems like that. It's true that I am not romance lover but I do respect others' tastes and what they like, I know that everyone has its own likings. That's why the other time when I said that I won't watch Heirs because it seems cheesy; I clearly stated that I don't mean disrespect for those who like it. When I say a drama is lame, I mean it's lame according to me not that anyone who liked that drama is lame. Expressing one's true emotions and thoughts isn't wrong even if it goes against the majority.

Anyway Pretty, just know that I am not judging you or anyone else; I don't even write reviews about any romantic thing I watched (only the Jmovie and it was actually full of praise for the genre). I also never felt superior for liking dark and serious dramas, some people even call me twisted and a psycho. I am even used to be called a vampire in class but I don't even care what people think o my taste as long as I am cool with it. So Pretty, just know that I never meant any insult and I never considered myself above you or anyone else.

I always try my best not to grow an interest in dramas that aren't subbed but sometimes, I get tangled and I want the drama to get subbed no matter what. Like many of this season's dramas; I am still pissed that no one picked Link and some other mystery dramas. Well, at least they managed to cool me down a bit by picking up Kurokouchi.

You're still fighting to finish Sealed With a Kiss? Good luck with that, I know how bad it is to force yourself to finish a drama.

You're welcome, if you tried the first season soon, let me know. Also, if you liked it; I am sure you will enjoy the second as well.

Yes, I am so happy that I used to avoid many melodramas and romantic comedies even before I grew this type of hate towards them; I was able to excape many dramas I knew I would hate.

I am glad you liked it, you're fast!
I think the ending was hinting to a second season or even a special but I am still not sure if I want them or not. I like the way it ended and it's the 2013 drama for me.
You also finished Secret Love?

I also have Shinsengumi on my priority taigai dramas to watch. I plan to start with Tenchijin since it got one of my favorite actors in it.

It happens to me too, although I like detective and dark mysterious dramas but I change the air with a comedy drama or something like that.
Nah, Katoji won't be a mentor or anything so don't keep your hopes high, he will just order Hanzawa to do something for him. Actually, he will be a helpless character in front of Owada. So his character isn't of much wait compared to other characters.
It can be addictive; I remember when I watched it while it was currently airing, it was very fun but it felt like pure torture to wait for the following week's episode.

White Christmas is a good psychological drama; I liked it.
I watch saeguk and I am going to start my first taiga drama soon. Which taiga dramas did you watch?

I see, I also didn't manage to master the courage and start that drama even though any actors that I like are in it.

As for Kitaoji; he won't have a big role in the first five episodes (the drama is devided into two parts; the fist part is retrieving the 500 million yen and the second part is about the hotel in Tokyo branch) so the chairman will have a big part in the second half of the drama which is even better than the first. He will be the one to instruct Hanzawa and his ally as well but his role isn't actually powerful.
Owada on the other hand is an important and powerful character, I always repected Kagawa-san as an actor and after Hanzawa I like him even more. Also Takito-san (the one who played Kondo) was amazing in this drama.

Well, currently airing dramas aren't actually a lot, I just watch one episode per week for Japanese dramas and two per week for a Korean drama. They seem a lot but they're not.

They're part of the vengeance trilogy by Chan Wook Park, the first is Sympathy for Mr Veangence then OldBoy then Sympathy for Lady Vengeance but they're not actually related, they only have the revenge theme in common.

So far, I get ood vibes from the sequel. I will watch more episodes to be able to judge it, I will let you know winnie.

I also decided to give up on LBH's dramas and only focus on his movies instead. He has a great taste in choosing his movie roles; I mean the guy even went to Hollywood.

I like the thirtees although it was a black period for Koreans but I wish they would make more dramas in that time.

Are you still in horror movies phase?

Well, at least Komikado is the same; they're trying to change him but that doesn't mean that he changed along their tries. Komikado is as awesome as ever.

The did you watch "Orange Days"? I am not a big fan of family and slice of life genres.
You started Hanzawa Naoki? Let me know what you think of it. Sakai was genius in that drama.

Shinsengumi!, Atsu Hime, Fuurin Kazan and Tenchijin. I will try to watch all of them before Ryoma Sen but first I need to catch up with Reply 1994 so that I can ade time for them.

Personally, I enjoy Japanese sense of humour more than any other Asian contry but I fond R. 1997 quite enjoyable and easy to follow. It's about the kpop culture as well as some memories of the past, give it a try and I am sure it will get into you after few episodes.

So, that means that you haven't seen Go Soo in anything before Golden Empire?
When I was really obsessed with endings; I heard that drama had a bad ending and he dies at the end and since I avoid melodramas, I decided to skip it.

I never saw a filippino movie myself and I don't plan to in the near future, I already have so much going on on my plate so maybe some day I will extend my horizons.

I also plan to watch Sympathy For Lady Vengeance but first; I have to watch Sympathy for Mr Vengeance before it, I will watch it this week once the turn for a Kprean movie has come.

Dramas or movies? As for dramas, my top dramas for the moment are the Japanese dramas I am watching: Kurokouchi, Galileo and Legal High 2 although the latter dropped a little in level. I also started a Korean drama Reply 1994 and I still don't know what to think about it.
As for movies, I am enjoying my dish of Japanese classics and Samurai movies; I really love that theme.

To each his taste but Kimmy isn't one of my favorites for looks alone but also his acting skills.

I first saw LBH is a drama and I hated him as well as his acting but after seeing him in "I Saw The Devil" I began to change my mind about him and I even downloaded some of his movies. He is a good actor but only in movies.

You didn't like Hungry? I was planning to start it soon but then I found out it's about food so changed my mind.
I heard Capital Scandal got mystery in it?
