I get why people may want to delete him from the drama but at the same time is he guilty of his crime? As in he went to trial and got sentenced. I don't even know much about this actor but I guess it's guilty before proven innocent is how it is.

So the actor Chu Zi Jun still shows up as Young Master Xue? I thought they would cut his scenes or something after the scandal (unless it’s resolved?).

I now smile whenever she shows up. She is definitely the comic relief to this dark drama. I can't wait to see how she uses weapons since she's a master of it. Every character is so interesting in this drama.

I also think it was all planned out for ZiYu to be the Sword Wielder. Everything aligned overnight for him to take the position and we just don't know why yet. His father and older brother can't just die by a weak assassin. It doesn't make sense. It's funny how some people are missing the point and sh*tting on Gong Ziyu's character for being weak and useless. The purpose is to show his character development and his journey to be a true leader.

I sense YuanZi is drinking a bit of vinegar. He's not ready to see his gege get married. ShangJue is correct in staying suspicious of the brides though.

It's good that Gong Ziyu knows he's not deserving of the Sword Wielder position and he knows his shortcomings. He's willing to work hard to show everyone he can lead. I'm glad he is smart enough to know that. Not overconfident and arrogant. I'm looking forward to seeing his character development. His cousin Gong Shangjue is so cunning but I think he does believe in the bloodline and rules. He can be cruel if needed but he protects his clan to the fullest. He's awesome too. It seems like the elders didn't like his personality to be the leader even though he is highly skilled. They would instead pick from the Yu lineage. Skill is one thing but personality/heart is another. A good leader needs both.

It seems that only Yun Wei Shan knows this right now. She doesn't underestimate him like others. But this could also be an advantage to Ziyu if everyone underestimates him. 😏

Some may think Gong ZiYu (ZLH) is weak and overshadowed by others but it's how he was written initially. I think ZiYu will have the most significant character development. He went from a spoiled, rebellious 2nd young master who got thrown into a dangerous position all of a sudden. A position he never wanted. He will have to grow up fast and be wiser than his enemies. He can continue to act clueless but hide his intelligence. I look forward to seeing him grow into his position. No doubt there will be pain and some suffering at first.

For sure Esther Yu and Zhang Linghe used their voice but I'm not sure about the others as I am not familiar with them.

Gong Ziyu is sweet baby. He's so pure hearted and he will get hurt. I hope he will wise up quickly bc Gong Shangjue is so intelligent and cunning. All of the characters are interesting and I'm glued to my seat watching every second of it. This is so good with lots of twists and turns. I hope Shangjue and Ziyu don't end up as real enemies and Shangjue is only putting on a show to trick the assassins.

I think it may be their plans and once again, they didn’t tell Ziyu. It’s hard to kill those two so it feels like it was something they set up. Just a guess here.

New actor Tian Jiarui (田嘉瑞)

He was really good in Love Between Fairy and Devil too.

Blood of Youth is a great drama and fans will watch this prequel regardless of knowing the ending. It is the same with a remake of any drama, and people still watch it even though they already know the story. I say go for Blood of Youth if you want to watch it.
