Regarding the first point, I feel like his character is too idealistic and big dreamer. Daji doesn’t help by also being unrealistic about his abilities. He’s so amazing and shouldn’t lower himself for others- she doesn’t even want him to work as it will take away from his art. But he actually needs is to be humbled and to be willing to learn and accept less in order to grow and eventually reach his dream. Very few people find instant success. On the second point, I agree. How did she go from economics to film work? And how come neither of them ever think before doing anything 😮💨😮💨😮💨 They both make terrible choices like do you even live in the real world at all 😅
Found Ji Xing character quite annoying tbh. Girl had 0 business acumen and clearly didn’t even know why she liked Han Ting 🙄Not criticizing Tan Songyun, but really didn’t care for Ji Xings naïveté. 😮💨
Rewatching this after a year, I like its slower pace and cute moments. Even though Xu Kai wears a silly hat most of the time, his face is serving lol the muted colours of the costumes really suit him too 😗Wu Jinyans make up is too white tho, she looks washed out
Was disappointed with Pei Sijing in this episode. Like dude just woke up from a coma, is having an identity crisis and she’s right there “you strangled Wen Xiao” “you killed someone”. Like simmer down a second. You literally watched him soaking wet, fresh out of a coma saunter out of the DHB and did nothing to stop him 🙄🙄🙄
