You know, Mnet and it's parent company CJ ENM never got sued for that, the show producers did under the reason "obstruction of business" (obstructing Mnet's business).
Officially, Mnet did nothing wrong, the individual producers made this choice of rigging alone (officialy, the reality is probably very different lol).
As for why people keep watching, simply because they're the only channel making interesting and thrilling survival shows. Chinese ones were great too but got banned by the chinese government.
I am confused... In last week's teaser, they showed us some kind of games where the trainees climb on each other / push each other, but there was nothing about that in episode 5 ...

Yes the reactions are a way to manipulate the viewers, now that they can't rig the votes directly anymore.
That's why sometimes you feel like there's more reactions than actual performance. It is basically Mnet telling us "Focus on this contestant positively", "focus on this one negatively", etc.
Most of the time, the reactions are fine/justified but sometimes they are taken from other parts of the show and transfered to other ones to highlight something. I remember seeing a reaction in episode 1 where you see in the background, behind the mentors, the contestant they are supposed to react about.

Usually (in all previous seasons), the first elimination was on episode 5 (so pre-recorded).
But it seems this time they will live stream it (this friday, so the day after they air ep 4). I don't think it's an episode per se, just an additional live stream. It's the first time they live stream something other than the finale.
So I wonder what will be in episode 5 next week, maybe a recap of the live stream + additional content.
Just watched the first half of episode 3 and I am disgusted about how the other team members treated Na Kamden.
As someone who has been in a similar situation (having to work with a group of people speaking a different language but doing ZERO effort to include you, not giving any fuck about you and pretty much ignoring you), I feel for him.
He tried multiples times but the others were so insensitive and inconsiderate.
Krystian was clearly an ass, but the other chinese team members were no better. Not a single one realized something was wrong and they were hurting Kamden.
I'm sorry but when you see him crying in front of the camera due to him being excluded, it proves this situation really happened and it is not a made-up situation evil edited by Mnet.

Love Killa was ok but a bit underwhelming.
However there is no replay on youtube once the live has finished. You need to wait + 1 days to see the VIU/Viki version if you miss the YouTube live.
Those versions have slightly better subtitles.

Not any more. Peak Time was above BP last week because it's first episode aired but this week BP went back at the top.

I think it'll stay like this, I mean just look at the YouTube views. Even TV rating of the last episode were lower for Peak Time compared with BP.
