This review made most sense to me. There was too many characters to invest in to begin with and they did not add much to the plot except being convenient plot devices when the main leads needed help. I personally did not appreciate Vincenzo playing God and walking free either, to be very honest. The part where villain in love with FL was never explored. I would have liked if the writers explored that aspect a bit more and add some depth to the villain rather than being single dimensional instead of wasting it with meaningless comedy scenes.

Unpopular opinion but honestly Vincenzo isn't a character I wanted to cheer on either. The brutality of the murders he committed did not come purely from wanting justice for people but from his personal pain of losing his mother. And while Vincenzo plans to continue on the same path Han seo wanted to turn a new leaf in life. I personally think Han seo deserved to live more than Vincenzo.

Not sure what a happy ending is in your definition. The ML kills all the bad guys and confesses to the FL. But they don't get to stay together, at least not yet. The ML also plans on continuing his vigilante ways, so I wonder what that means for the future of their relationship.

Plank of wood lol. And so apt too, it was painful to watch how less is she invested in the relationship. She may not be the worst person because she acknowledged she was wrong to treat him the way she did but not once was it ever shown that she actually missed him or longed to see him. She sees him after 1.5 years (and she was so busy to not even have an evening free??) and she does not hug him or anything, she just dumps him! The writers better make her wait a looong time too before she was forgiven, and that too because the ML still has feelings for her. But I have a feeling their happy ending is going to be a lot of missed birthdays and anniversaries
