No they are showing us how they have switched characters almost, our ML has grown and matured more than the FL…
I am not sure how he has changed much in personality other than his career being successful. She has always been emotionally stunted and him chasing after her and the dynamic is still the same. They just keep saying their personalities are something different than what they are. He says he is a coward which he was not and she says she is not but she is.
It seems really inconsistent to me that he is supposed to be the one running away but he is the one to initiate the conversation everytime only for her to run away. And this episode is really repetitive too.
We are only at ep 6 and i already feel like we are reaching a conclusion here. Is there enough plot got 10 more episodes? Are they going to try and be friends now while they date other people? I don't see any subplots coming from the second leads either.
But then why would he question himself as to why he is asking choi ung if he still is not over her atthe gallery??…
I must agree with you on your opinion that he has to choose between love and childhood friendship. So while choosing not to betray his childhood friend is morally better, I wouldn't hold it too much against him if he decides to take his chances with YS. If he believes she is not into CU anymore that is. He will be unhappy no matter who he chooses, i suppose and I feel sorry for him.
But then why would he question himself as to why he is asking choi ung if he still is not over her atthe gallery??…
While that is true, they both fell in love with the same girl independently and he did give her up for 5 years for his friend's sake. If Ji Un was the lead, we would be looking at it from his perspective - does he not deserve his chance at love and happiness too just because his friend couldn't get over the girl that didn't want him anymore?
i personally think that even if Ji-Ung has a crush on Yeon Soo, he will not try to come in between her and Choi…
But then why would he question himself as to why he is asking choi ung if he still is not over her atthe gallery?? I think everyone suspects it, but nobody knows if the leads are ready to get back together for the sake of their feelings, especially YS. It has been 5 yrs after all since they broke up.
Here's my theory. It feels like Ji-Ung took the job to test the waters. He is trying to find out if thrown in together, will they pick up where they left off or if they really are over each other and if they are maybe there is a chance for him with YS?? I think CU realized JU likes her and is planning to get her back with the new intriguing persona. He may have shared everything else with his friend, but naturally not YS.
This movie was alright. I'm going to be the voice of truth here and tell people that Sol Kyung Gu was amazing…
I disagree. His acting was on point. He gave chilling vibes with that smirk of his. His idol looks, as you put it, work in favor of his character since he uses them to lure his victims.
This is one cliche drama. Not that it is a bad thing but I don't like when they change the characterization to suit the plot. The badass, high spirited female suddenly tuns into blubbering mess when asked to choose between love and college?? Seriously, i would have thought the girl would choose the man and start over the college tuition thing again. As for her dad, I could not accept his turning around only after finding out she is his biological daughter. Same with the male leads suddenly turning around and caring for the grandfather? If they had shown at least some loving and caring moments between him and the grandkids, it would have made sense. They were right to dislike him in the beginning and it is illogical that they cared about him when he did not change much from his tyrant ways.
Honest question:How would people feel if dusik REALLY was responsible? How would our perceptions change i wonder?
There are too many factors to consider in a change of perception. Tbh, don't know how he could have caused the destruction of two lives and yet not been convicted no matter how he caused it. If he was cleared of malicious intent or reckless endangerment during trial, then he probably did not cause it?
But I would agree with you that yhey will make me pause if he is shown to have caused it but escaped punishment.
Honest question:How would people feel if dusik REALLY was responsible? How would our perceptions change i wonder?
It is not whether or not he was responsible that would change the perception but rather the intention. And I highly doubt Dusik would have intentionally or even carelessly hurt them from what we have seen of him so far
While I do not disagree with what you said, I don't understand how it's applicable to what happened in the drama.…
In that case, that is not what the OP was saying. He was actually responding to the commenters that are calling her a damsel in distress because she couldn't fight the pervert alone and the male lead came to her help.
True. Those people are probably the ones that will watch and video tape when a crime is happening instead of helping…
There are plenty of dramas that bring awareness to the social problem of violence against men. You can find them under drama or documentary genre. This is a story about the healing of two wounded souls. Not every drama will have enough scope to deal with every social issue.
