I also don't care for the character development. And I'm not saying this just cause I love ML cause if he did that I'd feel the same way!

I was wondering if we're watching the same show cause I've grown around Abusive people and lemme tell you as soon as he hit her I was out! Cause a drama character can change habits but In reality it takes a lot to change an abusive partner!!

I know right! For me it was when he Pointed the Gun or whatever weapon at her at the Chen's gathering. Then he Hit her and I knew he wasn't the one!

I love how much Cdramas characters have grown over the years...from Arrogant and Doormat leads to strong, respectful and lovable characters and somewhat realistic!

After what Ye Xian did to her in ep 8 or 9 I don't want to see him around her anymore!! He's got anger issues and he'd easily become abusive towards her! Ml is so respectful towards her and we love a respectful man!
From what I've heard the ML is supposedly 10 years older in the Novel but in real life they are only 3 years apart

I'm so in love with the couple yet I'm still in ep 9 and they haven't even got together but I can feel the vibes already!
And can't believe the main leads are only 3 years apart in real life! My girl actually looks 15!! I thought she'd be in her early 20s...but 26! She looks amazing

Reading the Novel after watching the Drama and Dare I say I Understand the Drama better now! I thought I knew what was going on but some parts of the Novel have really changed my perspective on so many scenes!

I low-key wish Jiang Cheng was a bad guy... Cause now I'm so conflicted and I feel so bad for the guy!
But on the other hand I'm head over heels for Hansheng I can't make room for another!!

I've seen the FL in Unexpected Falling and The Confidence and she's an amazing actor.
Character development is very important! She can't just wake up and change who she has been for so many years! But the ML is melting her softly and I love that!!

This drama has confirmed something for me! I love Mature looking men who dress formally and have a good sense of style! Jing Boran looks exceptionally good in this one!

I'm still on episode 13 and I might actually rate it a 10 because I absolutely love it!
I don't know about everyone else but this Plot is very good compared to a lot of other dramas this year.

This female lead Picks the most obsessive, possessive male leads. Haven't watched all her dramas but From the one's I've watched the ML are usually so red flag coded but end up being somewhat of the nice guy!

I was gonna watch it despite the change in the actress for Nanno but it's just not giving the same vibes!

I'm struggling to get past their disagreement part honestly but once I'm past that I probably will enjoy the rest.
I just wish he'd explain fast like you said from my point of view I just want the explanation to happen sooner.

The dragon made me think I was crazy! I thought I was hallucinating but I low-key wanna rewatch this. It was a mess though

I love Miles Wei so much but this is the first drama he's in that I'm trying not to drop although I want to! I've watched almost all his dramas.
But it was really hard to love this one and once I got into it the FL got annoyed at him for something she was also doing and my interest completely vanished!

Sometimes I feel like they don't have content so they just add unnecessary stuff just to get the drama to 40 episodes! I feel like 28-30 episode dramas are just perfect. Anything more than that is just unnecessary!
Unless you have a good plot that engages the viewers from beginning to end! But if I'm bored at the middle then it means it's not a necessary part of the show

😂😂 Yeah the FL would have definitely done a nice job! But most Cdramas are usually draggy at the middle.

Due to adulting duties I was kinda left behind during the Airing and by the time I came back I had 20 episodes unwatched! I hate binge watching cause it's tiring for me so watching 20 episodes is taking me forever. And I also feel like the Midpoint is a bit draggy and there's a lot of unnecessary stuff! I just want to get past this and get to the Climax and ending

That moment when you Realize you're going to drop a drama. Ep 1 and I'm already not very hopeful!
Love Yun Rui but I'm not sure about this one
