Nah, watch it! It's a good action/crime/thriller drama, but it's not a romance drama. Also, it's a realistic that the characters are traumatic in the end. But since you know the ending you won't have false hopes.

That's so typical open ending drama, ML or FL gets called by someone with the same voice as his/her lover, turns around and smiles. I've seen it many times, it's so disappointing. Why can't we even see the person who calls, like just a second?

Imo, it's not really a lakorn type. Usually in lakorn, the older generation played important roles, like grandparents, parents, with screwed up families or fights over family fortunes. In this drama the young characters are the dominant, with almost no family members involved.

It's all a story told by the story teller in the last episode. In the story, the last part is their fourth life together. Since dated way back before their third life, she's not engaged to anyone and she is also very young thus need a tutor. Her tutor is Mo Qin. As a tutor, he is a scholar not a royal. Her wish marrying someone who lives simple life comes true, cos she hates palace politics since the beginning anyways.

But again, if he only watches the last episode is like spoiling the entire drama, lol.

But the drama is not about romance, tho. In fact, romance it's not in the genre. It's more Thriller/Mystery. Why do you expect many kissing scenes in a non-romance drama?

It's very good for me, suspenseful, and we can't guess who the killer is until it's revealed later in the latest episode... unless there is a plot twist.
But again, I don't watch the drama you mentioned.

It's good that Athens and Phaphaeng are finally on the same track and Chivas teams up with them. The plot was a little bit draggy before, with everyone trying to investigate things alone instead of working together. But again, I kinda understand they didn't trust each other before, as anyone can kill Queen.
Gale is quite scary with Toy in the bathtub! I wish she had told Phaphaeng about her plan!
