It's good that Athens and Phaphaeng are finally on the same track and Chivas teams up with them. The plot was a little bit draggy before, with everyone trying to investigate things alone instead of working together. But again, I kinda understand they didn't trust each other before, as anyone can kill Queen.

Hmm... I think her calling him "Young Master" instead of "Rong Yu" or "Husband" scares him. I followed the convo and I heard him saying that he was still the same Rong Yu. He also called her "Wife". I also think he's afraid she'll leave him once he's cured because now her attention will be shifted to avenging her family and her collab with the new emperor. I think another reason he still pretends to be silly is to test Jiu Ling if she truly loves him or if she only cares about him because of pity/guilt/obligation as a wife. The last time he knew her when he was normal was during the Qiqiao festival when she said goodbye to him she was leaving for the border, and they parted as friends.
