So my guess is that woman is Su Jin and she likes another guy despite having a fake dating contract with Xiu Lun (remember there is an agreement clause: no cheating).

In the beginning of Ep 10, Gao Ling did some research on Su Jin background so Xiu Lun now knows everything about the twins, their family background, and who Ji Shi actually is. In fact, he admires her geology works in the past. Xiu Lun hints a few times about her telling the truth and she wants too, but the greedy manager Fang Jie told her not to tell the truth for tons of reasons but primarily for her twin sister's sake... So, Ji Shi doesn't tell Xiu Lun her identity. Imo, the manager is greedy and just wants to keep getting money from the actress's popularity, since they 'kidnapped' Ji Shi!
