I was thinking about the doctor too, but then he did the surgery he couldn't have recuperated that fast. Idk anything about organ/liver donation. How long a liver can be stored before transplant or if they need a living donor because of the urgency?

When he sat in the middle of the bus not next to Guang Yan in the back, it was like mimicking when his dad sat in the middle of the bus during the accident.
Only Pu Yi Yong can see the stuff originally. For other two it's because of the drawing he made for them.
If it's the drawing, for Guang Yan's case, then his father should be able to see the leaves too, since Yi Yong made the calligraphy for his shop and menu. And Yi Yong's mother too, when all 4 are eating noodles when the boys see the leaves. But Guang Yan even has been able to see leaves when he was at the university, and Yi Yong was not even there. I finished Ep 4, curious to know more, lol.

I thought either SFL (since she called him right when he was about to sign) or his mom paid someone (since mom came screaming at him). I thought he didn't donate his own because of what FL told him right after she woke up from surgery. There was a continuation of that scene when he was about to sign and FL saw it, but it's not shown in Ep 1 yet.
