Liu Yu Ning must've loved Dai Mi very much, he has all kinds of schnauzer accessories!I though Guo is the one…
After watching Case 7, I was like "they went to that route"? [the one that is usually censored by NRTA]. The show is surprisingly unpredictable for the main plot.
Thank you for this list! I love Liu Yuning and have many songs by him, so I'm going to check out the rest you…
Thanks! I haven't checked the links for a long time, sometimes they're put up by his fans (not official), so they may taken down by YouTube. Let me know if there's any broken link!
oh well done article! you truly made me curious to start it. And the clips you used are darn catchy, those really…
Honestly, I only watched two of the Hong Sisters' dramas: Hotel del Luna and The Master's Sun. The last one has a happy ending. I don't watch A Korean Odyssey, because I read that the ending is unsatisfactory. Regarding Hotel del Luna, from the synopsis it already indicates that eventually the main protagonist, the immortal Jang Man Wol, fixes her past issue to be able to pass on to the after life. So it's a given that she may not end up with the mortal Chan Sung in the present life. Not sure what the last 'reunion' scene is about, a dream, a reincarnation?
I'm up-to-date with AoS, so my 'feeling' is just based on what I've watched till now (Episode 12). The female protagonist Mu Deok/Naksu is the one bears the most difficult issue, since she's a soul shifter who can gone wild in the future to her demise (being petrified). I cannot spoil you much, but there is a mysterious powerful object that can solve her problem/save her life, and currently is on the search by her and Jang Uk. Us viewers know where the item is, it's a matter of time the couple finds it. So, it's possible to have a happy ending, but not after much suspense, mystery, and possibly heartbreak.
There is also a special secret about the Female Lead (or perhaps two), which I cannot spoil you since it's a major one. So I doubt it that the drama kills the Female Lead. Neither killing the Male Lead, since there is a major spoiler you find out even by watching Episode 1.
So far, so good. In my opinion, the drama hasn't gone south. Plot/mystery and romance, script/dialogue, acting/characterization and action, and cinematography still hold the quality shown from the beginning. Being fantasy, it's unpredictable too, and some secrets are still to be solved. They did a good job on dangling carrots for the viewers, lol.
The only thing that is the biggest mystery, for us the ones who are watching it: what's the ending of Part 1? They're filming Part 2 currently, not sure if Part 2 is ready to air when Part 1 is over on August 21. This Part 2 announced before Part 1 finishes is new in Kdramas, right? My thought that they want to also know the feedback from the audience, to wrap the drama nicely with a bow. So hopefully it's like fan-service.
There is a news that Part 2 Female Lead will not be Jung So Min (Mu Deok) but Go Yun Joong (Naksu). So many viewers' speculations about that. So bear that in mind when want to watch AoS. If you're worried about the ending (of Part 1), I suggest for you to wait until it finishes airing and find out what it is ;D
I though Guo is the one who always looks guilty no matter he's a suspect or not, lol.

I know Krating is supposed to be the Male Lead, but seeing Ice turns his head around in the crowd... OMG!!!

Don't usually watch school dramas, but can't resist Chen Fei Yu...
