I saw that channel too, but I thought that was his company's channel and his personal channel is the one I put…
We'll see in several days ;D ... the drama (not movie, right?) will be aired on the 25th.
I've read the link you gave me and came to this line: "“Now that I’m in my mid-thirties, I prefer what’s ‘real.’ If it’s far from real, I don’t agree with it and it gets harder and harder.” Based on his statement, probably you'll see differences for his roles in the future ;D
I'm like you, I watch more Cdramas than Kdramas. I started the dramaland in the mid 2019 with Kmovies and Kdramas, but I quickly branched out to other countries. In 2020 and 2021 I challenged myself to watch popular Kdramas that are in MDL list, but so overwhelmed with new dramas already ;D
Although the article for the actresses is done a year ago, even if I rank it again it won't be much different and may not add new actresses in the list, especially the top 10. Since the list is all-time MDLers' favs, so it's cumulative
Bruh for ji Chang wook, how could you not add suspicious partner. Thats the drama i liked him the most.
I didn't put all dramas/movies in which the actors acted in or the article would've been super long and would be rejected by the editors, lol. I only put the ones they got official awards from, following the original idea from the female version's writer. He was nominated for some awards in SBS Drama Awards for Suspicious Partner, but didn't win. He got awards from Soompi tho, for the Best Kiss award with his co-actress Nam Ji Hyun.

Oooh ok... sorry about that! Thanks for clarifying.
I'm actually curious about Pachinko. Glad I caught that since technically it's not Korean made, I found it while reading comments in his profile page. Yeah, I double checked for other actors who currently doesn't have upcoming dramas too.
I actually listed the dramas or movies in which respective actors received awards in, not all their dramas or movies. Sometimes when I listed them I wondered why they didn't win in such and such dramas, also the other way around ;D
Yeah, listing their future dramas personally help me to find out which ones and anticipate some of them.
Exactly - where is Song Kang? Missing in action? That surprises me a lot.
There are several actors between Park Hae Jin and Song Kang. I ran more than 25 actually, probably 10 more just in case there are changes in ranking. But due to article limitation (and the original idea to follow up the actress part) I put only 25.
I read below that you checked all 250 pages to prepare this final list… Oh! That's a lot of work… it must've…
Yeah, I had to check all pages because for some odd reason the algorithm for the top actors (or actresses) for any country doesn't rank well. So there are top actors found in the beginning pages, then in the middle, etc. I checked all pages for my other articles for top actors from other countries, too. But the Korean database is the biggest!
I put Lee Jong Suk for the feature image, cos basically I'm a lazy writer. Instead of making a collage or something like that, I just put whoever is number 1, lol.
No Song Kang, No Yeo Jin Goo? How is that even possible?
I have noticed that a lot of these actors in the list have acted in tons of dramas for so many years. Song Kang is still considered new in comparison to them. Give him some time and more popular dramas to act on ;D. Song Kang has 3826 likes and Yeo Jin Goo 4354 likes at this time.
