Regarding your other observation #5. I think because in Crush, ML is completely blind. So there is no object for him to focus on. In this drama, FL and her best friend Sora, both have amblyopia. And according to the drama, FL's vision is severely blurred but she can figure out object and colors. So, no wonder she can look straight at someone's face although cannot understand their expressions. I notice her male classmate, Yota, who is born blind, doesn't look at anyone either.

I agree with you that since F4 Thailand tries to adjust HYD story into the current modern situation that disjoint occurred especially with 5 screenwriters wrote the story and no guidance from the original manga. For example: Thyme's atonement to bullied victims. My wish at least, since there are not many screen time between Thyme and Gorya now due to Thyme's graduation, his being groomed to family business, and his engagement to Lita; at least when Thyme and Gorya are together, I wished their conversation is more intimate and meaningful. So now Gorya says to Thyme (part 5/5) "Now matter what you'll face from now on, I will be there fore you" Let's see if her promise to Thyme (and the screenwriters' promise to us) will be true, that Gorya supports Thyme no matter what happens in the future episodes...

I only wrote "I love Gorya's character" doesn't mean I put her on a pedestal. I don't put any character here on a pedestal, since I'm looking for a character growth or at least, if a character is strong in the beginning, a consistency on how a character is described. I know that they're still teenagers and still need to grow up, even Gorya is not perfect. I just questioned on the script for Gorya in Ep 11. I know we cannot nitpicking every word on the script, but how we supposed to understand a character and his/her growth if not through the script? My suggestion on the end of my post is just she probably should praise Thyme of his change. Or, at least she apologizes that she misunderstood Thyme while at the mall underground parking when she saw Talay was on the floor. She misunderstood him with the Tesla's case. She misunderstood him with Talay's case, too.

I can understand they haven't given any kiss scene, because formally Gorya, though she loves Thyme, never agrees to become his girlfriend. I meant Thyme won't force kiss her. It will be interesting if we will see how she kisses him first, lol.
I love Gorya's character, but the way screenwritrs wrote her in Ep 11 baffled me (spoiler below):

I know people will say the warehouse situation is between life and death for Thyme to defend himself, but in his house scene when Thyme tells Gorya he pushes Talay's phone button to share the video on Thyme's confession on handing out F4 cards. Why does Gorya gets mad asking "do you have any idea what you've done?" and beats him up (again). While Thyme is ready to accept his punishment even prepared a goodbye gift to Gorya when he's away being jailed. Instead, probably the dialogue should be Gorya praising Thyme that he has changed and takes responsibility of his wrongdoings...

Referring to Fea's post below informing us about the manga writer changed the plot because of the readers' poll: Whoa, that poll represented an old fashioned arranged marriage culture. But instead of by family will, this is by public (poll opinion) will. In this modern era it's should be different. Probably we all should write a fanfic by analyzing the situation in the FL's pov, not what others' want. In the end, the FL who ends up marrying the guy anyway and be happy or miserable with him, not us. If I were to rewrite the 21st century HYD: The FL doesn't end up with ML neither SML, but whoever later, but not after she reaches her dream and excels with what she can do by herself.
