No it's not random, it's connected cos this happen a lot with Cdramas due to the tight censorship and other situations. The main, supporting, guest actors get paid already, not sure about the extras tho.

Another writer actually already claimed writing for FIL since November but Idk if it will materialize or not. I started watching it since someone recommended that drama on my current article. I actually don't care if it's underrated or under the radar, if I really like a drama and I have time to write about it I will. You can see some of my recap articles are on unpopular dramas, lol. I was just thinking to write on COS because Jing Tian and Timmy Xu look SO good together. That's why probably watchers expect a lot of romantic scenes because of that. I will watch it after I finish writing an article.
