Cho Na

If I were to watch a horror drama, I will pick A gift to the people you hate. The synopsis sounds so interesting, and I watch Thai dramas so I'm familiar with the cast

Haha... I didn't forget cos Hometown started airing on Sept 22. This list was made/the article was submitted on Sept 3. You are a writer so you know how long it takes for articles to be edited/published. That's why I submitted a while ago so it would be ready for October. Who knows... if it's really good Hometown will replace one of these top 10 shows... Probably you want to write a review/recommendation article for it so more people will wanna watch it ;D

This is only the top 10, but if you already watched most of them and am looking for more down the list (after the 10), here's the link you can use:

I watched Alice in Borderlands too! I hope you enjoyed it!

You're welcome!

Glad you like it!

Though I don't watch these but when I looked them up I wondered too about them being real horror dramas. Perhaps because they're Korean and Chinese dramas that not real horror but up there because of high ratings. I thought the scary horror are like what Japanese and Thai make.

oh really? if it's really horror, we won't get bored

you watched all these besides the zombies?

Probably her face or the synopsis reads like the ones Japan usually make their quirky dramas?

Just curious: why you didn't expect to find Search?

"I'm actually glad that the protagonists are not flying in the air" hahaha... That's quite an opposite view as people liking historical C-dramas because they like watching people flying in the air... as long as the scene (cinematography/CGI) is done right.

I hope someday you will give them a try ;D

Haha, you are truly a Cdrama watcher! I'm glad you like the article. Thanks for your suggestion!

Finally you got your article published! No, I don't watch Magnificent Century, but when I saw your article in the spreadsheet I actually looked up what is it about. I enjoy reading your explanation on the Basic Words. The Chinese cast is interesting. Vengo Gao as Sulṭān Süleymān, LOL! The Turkish actress who played as Hurrem Sultan is so pretty. Hopefully you come back from hiatus soon!

is this drama completed? there's no finish date.

You're right, the tropes/cliches actually don't bother me either. They only become noticeable since I have to find more-objective aspects to write in a CW article than "everything is great go watch it you won't be disappointed" message, lol.

I didn't ask if the drama motivates suicide but if the author, Dazai, "somehow motivates a suicide" [to the character in a drama]. The detective, when she finds Dazai's books in Mi Chong's room, suspects he wants to kill himself. But since I've never read his books I don't really know if the author's words can be a trigger [on someone like Mi Chong in this drama]. I apologize if my choice of words causes misunderstanding.

I did??? I don't remember that, I apologize but I don't think I 'asked' you, probably just a suggestion. I actually suggested people left and right to write articles on subjects they like, hehe, as long as it's within the guideline.
But I'm glad you wrote this article. It's cute and entertaining!

Seems like you have a quite good knowledge on horror shows. Probably you should write articles on them, hahaha. The writer who used to write horror article is no longer active.
