I don't know any Cdrama recap blogs that does regular updates. I usually google every dramas I want to know the recap with keywords: drama title, 'recap', the last episode number (if I want to know if someone recap until the final). The same way I use with kdramas too.

But she doesn't put every scene in detail, only the romcom scenes and other scenes that are stand out per episode. If you can read/understand google translation I can give you another link that is more detailed.
