You mean you're not familiar with their language in modern or historical Cdramas? Historical dramas do have poetic words (double meaning) and if translated wrong it's super confusing. Since this is an adaptation of a Taiwanese novel, though using same Chinese/Mandarin, but I think the Taiwanese style is different. Both sites I provided in the beginning of the article have good English sub ;D

I don't realize the significance of Le Yan's amulet in Ep 1, where she dropped it and Hao Du picked it up, until I saw the scene when he took out the amulet to decide which of the 2 places to go and again in Ep 24 when he was about to enter Luoyang and took it out. Question: has he ever tried to return the amulet to her, while they were in Shouzhou, and she told him to keep it? Am I missing somewhere? If not, then why he keeps it? He doesn't seems like someone who believe in amulet/superstition but uses logic. Do you guys think he secretly likes her from the beginning? Sometimes I see in dramas where someone keeps an item belongs to a person he/she likes.

I have a lingering question about Hao Du and Le Yan, please enlighten me! I'm starting Ep 25 atm (no sub) you can spoil me I don't mind ;D. Question below in spoiler:

Based on many info from the commenter before me (ShortCircuit) as well as more to come, I believe you can easily make Part 2. Remembering back the scene in The Uncanny Counter in which I made the GIF from, I can vividly see the mighty performance of MT. So let me know when you decided to write a follow up article, I will make a special GIF to you to show more of its fearsome action in TUC, since the GIF in my article shows more of the Counter characters ;D

Yes, indeed this notorious character has been with us and hunted our beloved characters down since (probably) Korean drama was born, yet their entertainment industry has never given any award to it.
