Disney Korea has this drama but no English subtitles. Does Disney Korea thinks that only Koreans watch Korean…
Cannot find it within Disney+ in USA…

Curious on where you watched it? and if where you watched it has English Subtitles?
Can you also DM me where you watched it? Can’t find it anywhere.

The 2009 Korean movie, from which this series was adapted, is one of my all time favorites, so I was reluctant to to watch this. After finishing the series I must admit that it is very good and definitely worth watching. Although the series is mostly the same story, it is different and unique enough to stand on its own…although I would still definitely recommend watching the movie first.

The original Korean movie is one of my all time favorites. I’m interested in the series, but afraid of it not being as good as the movie. Would anyone who has seen both recommend also watching this series?

I’m a newbie to Kdramas (series), but a veteran to Korean movies (assuming “Kdrama” doesn’t include movies). This website, including this article, has been very valuable in making the most out of the time commitment that Kdrama’s require.

One newbie tip I would offer is to explore Korean & Japanese movies when you’re feeling a bit fatigued by the 16+ episode commitment of a Kdrama series.
