I worder what happen, it took 19 episodes to get one. Although cute, was not enough for sure, hoping for something that makes a bit more sense. I was thinking, is it related to the actress that is an Idol?!
Quick question how old is the crown prince supposed to be? it has been bothering me alot I remember them mentioning…
Yes right, that wasn't bothering me that much until the last 4 episodes, when both started to step a bit more further to confess their feelings and expend more time together. I mean they would be doing that anyway, and they should, but the fact she's 18y gets me. Was earlier mentioned that the older prince was 26y so I assume the CP should be somewhere between 20-24
Oh, this dramas was a 10 for me. Yes I know that a 10 is a high grade, but was just a very well done work from all parts here. (This is a note for myself in how this drama developed everything. I'm also not posting on reviews cuz I still wanna include spoilers ^*^, do disregard if u don't feel the same way about the drama, we all have different views ;))
I really love the way they were getting into each other, how they respect ones culture and place, the way the bond between them was establish got me very emotional, specially regarding what they could do and did to save not only themselves, but as much people they were capable. At the same time everything was serious, was sooooo funny, the main leads were sucha cuties, friendship came first and that's probably why everyone was all over it hahahah
Made me very sad the fact that Mu Yan really mean it do everything to harm qian and qi people simply to prove that one hates and despises another. If all the effort made were done to make peace between both, less than 10 years would be more than enough.
Although was a full 10 for me, I'd like to point some things got me hihih
1. I was one of the ppl who were shipping Chilan and Crown Prince, and even though I thought "so weird there's never a flash back of the princess" etc, I DIDN'T CONNECTED THE POINTS. Never would be so disappointed yet surprised again, was like Muyan betrayed ME hahahah, I'm such a dreamer. For me even a open ending would do it, sadly Mu Yan got everything tied up. 2. Did we found out what was Ju'er father's death cause and I missed?! 3. Still very much sad for Lao Hu's death, he's death got me into a river of tears :(
Yayyyyy all solved, marriage complete, both alive and save, happy city, amazing drama! Was all worth it.
I'm sooooo at the same boat, super dream CP and Chilan to have at least a few sweet moments, lets see what they're…
HAHAHHAHAHA me too, he's incredible charming and as i feel the actor has very little similarity with the character's personality so I tend to think he's a good professional, i'm super falling for it, he's soooo intense with those almond eyes 😄 The CP and Chilan would be a dream couple, a bit more serious, but reminds me the main couple in 'Who Rules the Word', I wish they had a chance to shine. I'm afraid they would fade out when Muyan come back 😞😞 or worse, CP getting the spot as a vilan somehow.
I might try to watch "Lovely Sword Girl" to see Shi Ze more, even though the plot isn't my cup o tea. Let's drown in the dream of getting a couple from them, I'm excited for those 6 episodes!
I am finally caught up with everyone. Whoo. I do not want the CP to be evil. I want him and the General to hook…

ohhhhh i mean simple as a modern drama, not a wuxia or xianxia which tends to be more detailed and complicaded 😆 in many levels but yeah, as I watch I feel the business very much present I'll keep watching as the story still interesting hehehe, txs for answering 😊
36 eps seems a bit long for a simple history, is it worth it? i'm on the third episode and seem s that the storyline will take a while to be established :[
